I really enjoyed my sat at quest. After 12 hours of work all I wanted was a clean, quiet and a peaceful environment to sleep. The receptionist is very friendly and ready to help out. This place is worth your 💰 🤑 money.

In Alice Springs for work and had the pleasure of again staying at the Quest Apartments. These self contained units are perfect for those who like to prepare their own meals while also providing a beautifully clean room and exceptionally comfortable bed and pillow. Set next to the Todd River, the Quest is also very quite and allows people to take an early morning jog/walk with the MacDonald ranges as a lovely backdrop. I can highly recommend the Quest in Alice Springs.

Stayed in a quiet Studio Apartment (2b) with access through the main building which felt safe as a solo Traveller. Clean, comfortable bed with excellent equipped kitchenette. 20min flat walk to town centre.

Excellent place to stay for wheelchair travellers. A short wheel to Alice Spring's town centre and the Alice Springs hospital. The driveway is very steep, which would provide manual wheelchair users a challenge. The room and bathroom is very accessible. However, there is no TV in the bedroom.

One bedroom apartment was great. Kitchen and laundry facilities were very handy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Car parking was tight on a couple of nights. Overall would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Unfortunately our stay this time wasn’t to the same standard as other times that we have stayed here. The staff were great and polite and were fantastic when we discovered a water leak from the ceiling onto the toilet seat. They immediately got to fixing it and when we arrived back after dinner it was fixed along with some complimentary little bottles of wine and Pringle’s. Positives - Secured parking Friendly and efficient staff Nice facilities in the room ie kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Sofa bed was made up for our 9 year old. Negatives - Water leak was an inconvenience and wasn’t able to use the bathroom during this time. Car parking is tight and spaces not dedicated to rooms. King bed was very firm and the middle was a gap where king singles are joined. Bathroom door was squeaky and woke up others in the room when used during the night…

Clean and safe which is what you need in Alice Springs. Staff at reception was nice. Finding enough parking can be an issue sometimes but at least it is well lit, and the gate closes at night. Being able to cook in your room is a bonus but wish they had a restaurant or small cafe though

Stayed at the quest for 2 nights in November and ran into some unsettled weather. The room was nice and comfortable. They have a small pool but we did not use it. The front service was not super helpful as they could not arrange a taxi pickup for us.
