This is the top hotel in Yulara and we found that it wouldn't rate 5 stars in more populated areas. Our room was a very long way from the central facilities and was comfortable but not luxurious. Room service was inadequate but the saving grace...More

Yes, same answer as Slim5144. Toilet and bath all in the one room. If you are desperate for the use of a toilet whilst someone is using the bath there are plenty of other toilets throughout the resort.

Hallo Hotel management. Reading Rainer S review we just wonder how the service in your Hotel can be so substandard, considering you charge more than twice the amount of established Hotels, like the Four Seasons in Sydney for instance. Having spend many years in management training and consultancy, my findings often go right to the top, often revealing a bad attitude towards the staff below, which in return present themselves in a no care, stuff them attitude. Could that be the case in your establishment? If so, please consider a revamp of the structure in place, Uluru being a world know tourist destination should be a showcase of this country and obviously you are failing badly in that department. Distance has never been an issue in five star accommodation, so there's no excuse on your behalf, considering the Gold mine this resort must surely be.

Hi Hailey, i recently stayed at Sails and paid with my Visa credit card. Perhaps email the hotel directly to confirm which other cards they accept.
