Sails in the Desert at Ayers Rock Resort is absolutely first class. Great accomodation, food is fantastic and so are the staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Perfectly located and all tours and activities arranged at the front desk with no fuss. Went for 3 nights with my daughter, we'd been talking of doing it for 15 years since she was...

We arrived in the morning on one of 2 flights into Ayers Rock each day. We arrived at the resort around 10AM their stated checkin time of 3:00 PM. As we were checking in the clerk at the desk said "We will put you in queue for your room". This gave us the impression that there was a chance our...

Room 242 with a desert view, great bed, nicely furnished, clean and cool. Best resort pool I have swum in just 2 minutes away but internal to resort and non intrusive - an oasis. Staff were super friendly and their professional Accor training was obvious. Overall it was a great experience great compliments to the management and staff for the...

I have traveled quite a bit so I have stayed in many hotels. I would agree that Sails in the Desert is 5 stars. The reception area is lovely and the staff and polite and helpful. The resport has beautiful art and is close the IGA and newsagent. There is a large pool, air conditioned rooms, comfortable beds, mini bar,...

This is a lovely hotel to stay in when you visit Ayers Rock. The food is delicious and quite varied. I had the kangaroo skewers, tasty. The gift shop has some nice items. The lobby is inviting. The room was comfortable. They kept the AC on as it was 100F outside.

The hotel lobby area is gorgeous, the pool looked very nice and the grounds were well maintained and very attractive. Our room was good size, comfortable, decent bathroom, but certainly not worth the nightly rate - even allowing for the remoteness of the location. We stayed for only one night since all we wanted to do was see Uluru and...

Very nice resort, but not all the staff are as helpful and pleasant as they could be. Found the price for our stay expensive $500 per night for 2 & no breakfast included. Other accommodation in same area, owned by same company more affordable for everyday traveller. Local bus every 15 minute very handy. Will provide feedback to travel agent.

The hotel is lovely, from getting off the complimentary transfer bus to checking out the service has been excellent. All the staff are friendly. The rooms are of a really good standard and have aircon. The grounds are nice and the pool is a good size. There are lots of flkies about but that's part of being in the desert....

I highly recommend Sails as a great place to stay when visiting Yulara. There are a lot of accommodation options in the Voyager portfolio and they are all pricy, Sails is a classy hotel with great rooms and feels like its worth paying that bit extra. We had a room with a large terrace balcony overlooking the pool. The beds...
