We had a terrace room with queen beds. Not too far from reception, spa, restaurants and laundry! The joyful chatter of children playing in the fantastic pool in the evening was the only noise. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. Husband had problem with bed, lying on the base, mattress had too many honeymooners we thought! Staff came over, Iight...

Really no choice at all since all of the resort is run by the same company. And it is expensive. BUT, when you think of the logistics of running a place like this, and of maintaining all the facilities in good condition, then you shouldn't grumble at the cost. And the place is amazing. We paid a bit more for...

With the Voyages company having then stranglehold on travel accommodation at Yulara, Sails is marketed as the premium accommodation in their range for tourists. It is a very good hotel, well decorated, comfortable and accessible, with a good pool and outdoor area. Our room was not the newest, but quite comfortable and roomy. It was in the '400' wing, which...

Sails is a welcoming place to stay on a visit to Uluru. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Huge swimming pool and great restaurants and bars. Very nice atmosphere. Staff were very efficient and friendly - made us feel very welcome.

We booked 3 rooms for our 35th Wedding Anniversary with our adult children. The Hotel is tired and the Ahh Beds were definitely just that "Ahh" if you have a bad back....the beds in the 2 King rooms were old and lumpy....we did request to have the mattresses changed but we're not even sure if it was done because it...

The rooms are a little tired, but the common spaces are well done and inviting, around the pool and in the bar and restaurant. The staff are very well informed and accommodating and will make your stay. Probably the best option for Uluru. The spa is particularly good and worth visiting for a massage or treatments after a day in...

The shuttle buses were great to get around and the tours were great as all of them picked you up directly from the hotel. Definitely recommend a helicopter flight over Uluru and Kata Tjuta. Also the field of light is a must to see while it still lasts. The desert awakenings tour was great, along with the Uluru camel tour...

This place is big...but well run....plenty of staff that are multiskilled and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious and the restaurant food is amazing. As part of the greater resort everyone is knowledgeable about Yulara and other hotels and services within Yulara....Sails feels like an upmarket village in a little friendly town. Not sure what the other establishments are like...

Fantastic staff, kind, professional and beautifully groomed. We were touched by their warm friendly smiles and can do attitudes!
