Room was dirty and dusty with cobwebs in the corners. Poorly maintained and cleaned.
Floor is dirty and hasn’t been swept or mopped.
Only 2 PowerPoints on the bench to run a tv microwave toaster and fridge
No sink to wash utensils besides the hand basin in the bathroom, no sponge or washing up liquid to clean cups and plates but a sign stating a cleaning fee will be charged if they are not washed.
Noisy old air conditioner that leaked water everywhere.
Mouldy dirty shower and bathroom.
Garden all overgrown, mostly dying, and full of rubbish.
Nothing at all like any of the pictures on the website.
No restaurant. No gym.
Not at all what was displayed in images and very expensive.

I booked a room direct off their website and what they advertise on there was nothing like what I received. As you can see by the attached Pics the room did not have hot water, the bathroom was filthy and the aircon filter was blocked causing the aircon to not work and as I was on the western side of the complex it took forever to cool down even when I had removed the filter.
Please note I did email the motel direct about my concerns but received no feedback and had to follow up with them to be told that because I stayed in there they could do nothing.

What an absolute terrible place to stay “Do Not” book this place. The room is nothing like the pictures on Booking.com obviously photo shopped.
Our room has not been serviced in over a week, paying top dollar for a 3rd world facility. Asked at reception when our room would be serviced, told they only do it every 3 days… obviously the owners can’t count.

Their website reads as though there are plenty of quality value-for-money facilities available for our comfort. The reality is the opposite to what they openly promote. NO gym, NO cafe or meals, NO clean camp kitchen, NO attentive management, NO timely linen change, (unless you complain about lack of service). We and other patrons we spoke to while there found the accommodation to be absolutely filthy and mostly badly run down. Simple things like unkept gardens and grounds, and the gas bottle missing off the outdoor patrons’ BBQ added to the disgraceful experience which is nothing like what they openly promote on their website, etc. Give this place a miss!

I generally had no issues with my accomodation - the rooms were pretty standard and normal for cabin standard - my only tripe was that I had washed my hair on the last day and my hair dye had slightly stained one of their pillows (a semi permanent dye) and I was charged $30 for “tampering” with the pillow. A little ridiculous and steep in my opinion considering 1. The dye would have washed out and 2. The pillow case itself would of cost bugger all to replace

Used Darwin Resort as our port of call while holidaying in Darwin, before road-tripping back to Alice.
Found the resort to be almost ideal. It's not in Darwin City itself, which would be a problem if you don't have a car, but for those with cars, Darwin and Casurina is only about 10 - 15 minutes away, while it's also ideally situated for getting away from the city and out to Litchfield for the day.
It also has quite a nice pool, and unlike many, actually has shade for it.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the restaurant is shut, but since we were on a budget holiday, that wasn't such an issue either. There were a number of takeways within a 5 minute drive, and we ended up eating at Casurina or Stokes Hill Warf anyway.
Staff were professional and friendly, rooms were... well, hotel rooms. Airconditioned, clean, no noise - what more can you really say?
Thoroughly recommend for families with cars.

The room we got is really old room but in okay condition consider that it only cost $70+. However what is not acceptable is the sewage smell that coming from the bathroom. It seems like the room hasnt been refreshed or check prior to guest check in. We have to run all the water in shower n sink just to get the smell out. Later at the night, we were wonder why the room not cool despite the AC set at 16 full blast fan. We were surprised when we open the unit to see the filter and it was really bad. As soon as we take out the filter, the unit blows really well.
Would I come back again to here? Probably yes, considering that it close to the airport and its cheap for my overnight stay before catching 4am flight every week.

Absolutely disgraceful after hours check-in process. Office closes at 3pm, with nil advice on booking this occurs (especially this early!). Phone number on door for late check-in, led to being give multiple incorrect codes for the lock box. Finally received an email telling one to download an app, verify email to receive digital room key. (Lucky we're tech savvy enough). All in all, took almost an hour to get a room key via the digital app!
Lighting on the walk to the rooms is terrible, considering you are dragging luggage.
Rooms, nicely renovated. Maybe one of the best showers I've ever had in any accommodation, so a nice plus there. Colleague's said the bed felt old, springs were pushing through. And to top it off, my TV was without remote, and unable to search channels easily manually as the buttons were not functioning. Only able to move through a couple of channels, all DTV and little to no signal.

the room we booked didn’t look anything like the room I booked through bookings.
Room was very old and in need of an upgrade.
A worker had his work radio placed outside our door at 6.30am we were wondering where the music was coming from and woke us up after 4 hours of sleep from our early morning arrival flight.
Very Old bathroom
Windows rattled when cars drive past.
Dirty towels with lipstick stain.
Very disappointed in the room.

Close to the airport, and easy to find. After hours check in is easy with the passcode and key safe at the front entrance.
It is a little bit dated compared to the photos. The rooms are lacking a bit of maintenance and the gardens are a bit run down.
However, the units are comfortable, clean and roomy. Easy parking outside the unit and the pool facilities are lovely with a BBQ and seating. Fast and reliable wifi with great aircon and fans.
The reception is only open till 4pm daily but I would happily stay there again.
Note there is a bit of aircraft noise as it ls located opposite the airport. Please remember this is a caravan park style location, not a five star hotel. I note a lot of the the reviews are very negative, but it is reasonable for the price paid.
I would recommend it for business trips, if you are travelling on your own or with families. Just don't expect a perfect room and surroundings.
