Just returned from four nights at these units. We were on the 8th floor, with lovely views, apartment furnished fine, spacious, quiet, and towels and linen very good. The only negative is that there was very limited crockery and cutlery for the four of us, but we only had breakfast there. So central to everything, walking distance to city, esplanade...

Wasn't really keen to go due to the bad reviews but me and my partner stayed there for 5 days and I was shocked on how nice it was to stay there for our little holiday.. The people were great and the view was amazing definitely going to stay there again for our next holiday.. Don't believe things before u...

We stayed at No. 1 apartment, which is on the ground floor and has its own exit to the pool. The apartment is huge, well equipped, but a bit dated and not sparkling clean. You cannot see the dirtiness, but my son was crawling a lot and his knees and hands were all black :) The pool is nice and...

My family stayed in this so called "luxury" apartment. First of all the furniture was shocking (out dated), and also the apartment was discusting (dust and dirt), had no TV reception for the whole time we were there, also the TV also did not work half the time, the dryer did not work, the sliding door did not lock, and...

I had to stay here with my family for almost two weeks as my company booked it for me. In that time we had to move apartments twice. The first time was because we simply would not stay on the room we were given. The base of the ancient brown velour couch in the apartment had collapsed so you couldn't...

We stayed here as part of a sporting group and found the facilities to be more than adequate to our needs. I was told each apartment is actually individually owned and run by a body corporate, which is fine and it certainly meant each room was unique in its furnishings etc. This may also be why (as a previous reviewer...

I wish they performed a "house check" Prior to guest arrival. Things like a/c not working, overhead light bulbs out, etc The maintenance man , Gene is a delight but some of the issues require professional servicing. While it is terrific to be away from Mitchell Street/CBD noise, the lack of upkeep is Annoying. Previous reviews mentioned the building has...

These apartments are in a good location, within easy walking distance to popular bars and restaurants even a BWS and Woolworths, as well... The apartments are quite spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom, kitchen, laundry, but they are a little dated and tired looking and the amenities, like the pool and BBQ area seem a bit run down and are in...

The Marrakai apartments are in a central location with an easy walk to Cullen Bay, Mindil Beach and central Darwin. Big apartments with balconies to enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset. They are getting a bit dated but the facilities are good and they are much bigger than most of the surrounding apartment blocks. Certainly worth considering if...

We recently stayed there for 2 nights on our return home, pleased with the room as we had number 23 although room 22 was a little different set out and didn't have some of the things we had. Beautiful and clean very spacious but the noise at night was something else. All night the noise from the housing apartment over...
