Stayed overnight after flying in and before cruise the following day. Fantastic and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to assist us. Lovely room with spacious bathroom and a bath! We went next door to Ibis for dinner as just wanted a quick snack rather than fine dining. Had coffee in the morning at Apron. All lovely. Pool area pristine and we had a quick dip both at night and in the morning. Will defiantly be back.
Class hotel this. Professional and friendly staff rooms super clean and tidy. Exactly what you would expect from an accommodation provider of this level. Also enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was delicious. The gym was basic but enough for a workout!
My family & I were faced with an unexpected five hour layover at Brisbane airport between flights today. We didn't need a hotel room, but rather than battle it out in a food court or at the gate with the masses we headed over to the Pullman. It was an easy 6 or 7 minute walk from the domestic terminal, and well signposted across the bridge that goes to the main car park and train station. It was an oasis with a bit of quiet time for the family to relax, me to get some work done and us all to enjoy a nice bite to eat, a coffee and a beer. We hung out in the lounge/bar area. We could've lounged by the pool except it was a bit windy today. Great food - we enjoyed the starters/snacks of greek meatballs, arancini balls and flat bread, plus friendly staff. Also, being an Accor member there was a bit of a discount off the food so it was actually excellent value, especially compared to the airport.…
We have had 3 recent stays at this hotel and love that ability to get food and drinks at any time night or day. The rooms are beautifully cleaned, the beds are comfortable and very quite. Check in was quick and efficient. We were checked in by James for one of our stays and a more pleasant and service orientated staff member would be hard to find. This young will have a great future in hospitality if it is his chosen vocation.
A quick stop over but excellent staff and accommodation. Outstanding food and facilities. We are Accor members and we were able to enjoy the rewards of that. The staff were most helpful. The room and facilities in the room were of a very high standard.
By far the best hotel service we’ve experienced. From the valets who handled our car throughout our visit to the maître de in the hotel restaurant, everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. We had both the a la carte and continental breakfasts and they were high quality and good value for money.
Wow !! The staff are so wonderfull ! From the moment you walk through the door they greet you like dear friends, big smiles and can accomodate any request. Special mention is needed for Mr Duke, his energy, friendliness and professionalism is second to none. The rooms are very clean, very quiet and well appointed. Both breakfast and dinner were great. Great Hotel.
We stayed here for a one night stay between destinations and it have itself a very good name. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome and service was impeccable. All needed ammenities were supplied too. Hotel was very pristine.
Staying at an Airport Hotel is usually an experience that is forced upon one, transiting. The Pullman is an Oasis of comfort and positive can do staff. Highlighting, the concierge Mark, Paul at the front desk, they make it happen. Food is great, at the bar you’ll most likely get talking to someone. The rooms are big and comfortable, thou I would like to see a full mini bar in the rooms. Try it!
Stayed overnight before heading off for work conference. 5 minute walk from domestic terminal. Nice room overlooking domestic runway. No noise from outside. Comfy king size bed. Breakfeast was good with usual stuff you would expect. Perfect place to stay if you need to stay at Brisbane airport before getting a flight.
