We stayed here in transit and it seemed reasonable. It was not. A dog box. The Room was so small that two suitcases did not fit without falling over them. The tap had no water pressure and water was brown .We changed our room..a little better. Bathroom so small that everything gets wet when you shower. Tucked away in industrial...

Stayed here twice in a week. Positives - clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice towels. Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy inside - slamming doors, loud corridors, and due to its price, it seems to attract families (think crying babies, screaming toddlers) and party animals. If you need a good night's sleep this is probably not the place for you.

I have stayed at several Ibis hotels in the UK and continental Europe and have never had a bad experience – until now. The Ibis brand is consistent: inexpensive, clean, efficient, friendly, familiar. The rooms all look much the same, whether you’re in Carlisle or Cogolin and they’re well designed and good value. So I had no hesitation in pre-booking...

Standard budget hotel. Rooms clean but unspectacular. Airport transfers from 4 a.m. Which took about 10 mins. Plenty time for early flight to sydney. Staff were very helpful in arranging transfers but gave less good advice re travel into brisbane. Our advice is to get taxi!!'

If there was one hotel you should choose for a prison like experience, this is it.... designed to make you feel like you really couldn't afford anything better, and feel ashamed you didn't stay in the city at a higher rate. Basic bed, two pillows, LCD small enough to make you wear glasses even if you don't, amenities that will...

Enjoyed our stay at Ibis. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable. No down pillows but the mattress was great. Room was a bit small with its own bathroom and the staff was pleasant. Hot water pot for instant coffee.

Easy to book and check in. Great service when you arrive, the staff really make your stay as good as possible.
