The Spire Residences, Brisbane city in the North Side of Brisbane in Spring Hill area. Amazing views from the 2 bedroom Deluxe apartment. I was situated on the 27th floor with views of the river. The apartment had everything that you could need, well set out. I spent 4 nights here. As I arrived after reception had closed the instructions on how to enter and which apartment I was assigned to was very clear. Raini (staff) was a huge help. The following morning I spoke to Raini relating to the Wi-Fi as it wasn't working. Raini was on top of this right away and it was corrected in no time. The only negatives about the Spire Residences was that of the balcony being small however still enough room to sit out there of a morning having a coffee. The other negative is that of the blinds in the bedrooms. If your lucky enough to get a room with a river view the sun wakes you up at 5am as the blinds are not the best window furnishings. Although being woken up at 5am means that your day is just starting and you can really enjoy and see much more of Brisbane. The rooftop pool on the 40th floor is very good with it's infinity edge pool and great views of the city. It was well maintained. Would advise to go up there late at night to see all the lights from the city and also the see the bridge lit up. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Spire Residences and thank you Raini

I was on the 31st floor.. I had an amazing view out of all my windows and the balcony! My room was extremely clean and bright. The front desk staff were always so helpful. The infinity rooftop pool was breathtaking. I made some awesome friends while staying here! I am definitely staying here again!

Nice location, gorgeous apartment with spectacular views. Modern and tasteful furniture and nice and fullt equipped kitchen. However, the number of plates, cutlery and glasses was too small. You had to wash everything immediately to serve a meal. It then felt a little bit unnecessary to have a dishwasher of the largest size. A pity the furniture and carpet were dirty and that it was dust left on the carpet in the bedrooms. Seemed like somebody forgot to vacuum some parts. We pointed this out at the front desk (and showed pictures of the sofa and the carpet) but only got the answer "that is what happens sometimes".

The apartments are in a good location and pretty secure. Depending on what apartment you book obviously makes a difference to your stay. We booked one through Airbnb which was nice but not as big as we thought. The balconies are tiny with not outdoor furniture (at least not at ours) and some things have been poorly designed like the placement of the cabinet above the bathroom sink/basin. And carpet throughout the entire apartment (except the bathrooms) just make its feel dirty. Views from the higher levels are pretty amazing and while the heated rooftop pool was stunning, it was very windy up there and quite cold to swim in the later part of the day when the sun had moved away (around 3-4pm). Also seemed to be a few maintenance issues. The pool was pretty dirty from the riverfire party that happened the day or so earlier. In our 7 nights there this didn’t change leaving me to wonder how often it is actually cleaned. Pretty poor really. Also the lift doors close too quickly. My kids got trapped one day as I was unable to get in before the doors shut, fortunately they figured out to go to reception and ask for help. Anyways our stay was good but wouldn’t stay here again

We booked this accommodation on booking.com and booked it as it was advertised as being a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and bedroom 2 have 2 large double beds and a foldout couch in lounge room ...booked as we were a group of 4 single friends and 1 child and wanted wach adult to have own bed. Arrived and both bedrooms had 1 bed each when I contacted the worker who checked me in with screen shots of booking.com outlining the bedding configuration (no on-site reception) she told me that I need to contact booking.com as their rooms are fixed configurations and never should habe that option on the site. I get booking sites sometimes get info wrong but I felt that spire residence staff was dismissive and no responsibility taken for contacting booking site themselves to fix the error of wrong information being advertised abojt their property. The second issue we had was on morning we checked out we thought we could move car to visitor parking after leaving keys in room to check out but you cant exit the parking area without the key fobs so had to leave completely and find other parking to ho and have breakfast, extremely inconvenient. Other issue we had is we were told to park level 3 for our room parkijg the parking levels are not clealy marked and we ended up parking in someones paid spot, luckily we didnt get car towed just a note asking to move it by Sunday night. The apartment was beautiful and rooftop infinity pool.was devine with veiws but would never stay here again as it was not convient or easy

I booked to spend a weekend with my daughter on the 15th March in Brisbane. But had to cancel and make an urgent trip to Singapore for medical reasons. I txt the hotel on the day i was to check in to cancel and then took a flight to Singapore. On my return home i was shocked to find that the hotel had taken my full accommodation costs. Contacted the hotel and pointed out that their conditions were keeping 1 nights accommodation for a no show. They were very rude and told me to take it up with Expedia. I contacted expedia/wotif and they also refused to help. BE VERY CAREFUL BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY.
