Was my first trip to Brisbane and i am glad i chose the Hilton. Can always guarantee the friendly front desk staff along with a great selection of room service and the breakfast buffet range is what puts the Hilton above other hotels i have stayed at. All the staff from front desk to breakfast to room service were always extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions i had about what to visit whilst i was in the city, i never used the gym but i did use the pool on both days which i found perfect to swim some mid morning laps in. The bar near was reception was a perfect place to chill back in and the valet made it so simple to get the car ready when it was required Highly recommend this hotel

Stayed here for two nights in May. Arrived a little early for check in around 1pm. Simon greeted us at the Elizabeth Street entrance and took care of all our luggage and directed us to the lobby on floor 6. I had two connecting rooms booked. One of the rooms was ready so we were able to drop bags off right away. Kate was working the front desk and she was very helpful. Diamond status was recognized and we were given lounge access. We had rooms 2013 and 2012. By the time we got to our rooms, Simon was already there bringing our bags. That’s got to be one of the fastest times for bringing up bags at any hotel I’ve stayed. Simon didn’t just drop the bags off, but he also answered questions about local area and told us to come by his desk for water bottles and maps when we ventured out. The executive lounge is on the 25th floor. Melanie was very nice and made us feel welcome. Plenty of drinks in the lounge and there is enough for a light meal in evening. For breakfast we used the buffet in lobby which was good. The rooms themselves were good. There is definitely some wear and tear and the outlets could be closer to the bed. The views from this room was of the skyline and you could see the river from both ends. The bed was comfortable and bath products were the Crabtree line. The location is excellent. Elevator access directly on Queens St mall, with a plethora of shopping and restaurants within a few mins walk. There are also plenty of chemists, grocers, and specialty shops as well. High end to mid level retail abound in the mall. King George Square is just a few minutes by foot. BNE is only about 25 minutes by car. As is the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. You really can’t get a better location. I would stay here again.

Great location, good staff. Stayed in deluxe twin beds room. Would expect real USB charging ports instead of the basic low power ports on the alarm clock. Outdated TV without hotel functions such as folio review and checkout, no wireless casting. Nice hotel overall, attentive executive lounge staff.

Love this hotel. Great location. Absolutely love the bar. Great cocktails and exceptional whisky menu. Only downer is that the bar is closed by 11pm on a Saturday night. Not what I was expecting. Having said that. The staff are exceptionally friendly

Room's are very old and outdated and in deff need of an upgrade. Hotel requires you to catch a lift to reception and the overall vibe of the hotel is 'dead' - Food quality was poor Deff not worth the $315 - Unlikely to stay at this Hilton again.

I did not stay at this hotel, but was here on school excursion. And for lunch the alternative drop options were a large peice of fish with chips and a salad, or a single peice of steak with nothing else. And personally my single peice of steak was well over cooked, and had a very rubbery texture. Majorly underwhelmed.

rooms need updating and aircon is noisy-executive lounge should have more options for afternoon tea other than a doughnut or cake something savoury would have been nice. continental breakfast was unavailable in exec lounge and more warm food should be added. at times the lounge was quite full.

Have reviewed this hotel and it's still the best place to stay on Brisbane - central to everything with friendly helpful staff - and now I understand several bees and hives on the premises to help provide first class honey for the hotel and also reduce their carbon footprint.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 10th and 11th of April before a cruise. Flying from the Uk we arrived at about 9am. Much to our delight the room was ready. Kate on reception was fantastic. Sweet, funny, knowledgable and efficient with that slightly naughty Aussie humour that we love so much. We had an executive king room, which was lovely. Everything we needed with a very comfortable bed. We were celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary and got a lovely surprise gift of chocolates and fizzy wine delivered to the room. Executive suite included breakfast and executive lounge. Breakfast was very good. A huge choice of cooked and continental well cooked and prepared foods. Executive lounge was also very good on an evening. Great staff and lovely food and drinks. As much as you liked within the opening times.A very attractive well appointed hotel in the central business district of Brisbane. Great location with lots to see and do. Excellent staff, all were pleasant and approachable. Top notch Hilton service. Would definitely visit again. A big thank you to Kate and all staff.
