I have to say i was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was, i booked it online as an Accord red hot room and wasn't really expecting much for the price, wow was i wrong ! The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, my room was great with a partial view of the Brisbane river, an easy walk to...

Very pleasant stay. The room with tthe two Queen beds was very clean and comfortable. Location is Great, staff was friendly. During renovation the wait for the lift was long but manageable. Breakfast was good value for money but there is plenty of room for improvement. The breakfast room has the feel of a canteen. There is a section with...

We got a fantastic rate for this hotel, and having previously stayed numerous times in Ibis/Novotel/Accor accommodation, we had a fair idea of what to expect. However, some aspects of this particular property/stay detracted from our experience. Firstly, if you are driving here, it is incredibly difficult to find as it is just past an off-ramp. When we finally did...

Found staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and met our needs. We only stayed for the one night but the service that we did receive was good. Also the restaurant was good to have as we were late arriving and didn't have to go far for a meal.

the standard 2 Queen size bed room still had space for the porta-cot for our 2 y.o child. We were still able to move around and use the room normally. Reception were always willing to help with our requests. The restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful taking time to engage with us and our little boy who was very excited...

The only problem was with elevators - it sometimes took ages to get one ... everything else was very good - nice bathroom, large room, modern design. Definitely a good choice but no free WiFi ... and very expensive lunch/dinner. Better to eat anywhere else in the city.

We stayed at the Ibis in Brisbane for 6 nights whilst visiting different parts of Australia on holiday. We chose the hotel for its good prices and location. When we arrived we received great service and were able to go straight to our room, even though we had arrived at around 8am. We had two queen size beds in our...

Clean and tidy room. Furnishings a bit dated but given the location and service = complete value for money. TIP: Choose the breakfast option at checkout! $5 for a full buffet breakfast = you cant go wrong.
