Very nice spacious rooms. Right in the city centre, walk to wherever. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Parking can be an issue on site, but the Myer Centre car park is very close. Excellent all round.

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel for business purposes. The staff were very friendly. The room was big by current standards, and very quiet. In the one room, it had a kitchenette, lounge and dining area, laundry, beds (one single and one double or queen) and bathroom. Except for the bathroom, the decor was not modern, but extremely well...

Great location, classically designed rooms, big shout goes out to the very attractive front desk operator who greeted us with a huge smile (originally from Canada). She was extremely patient, helpful and the whole check in process ran like clockwork. The location is right in the heart of all the action and yet zero noise from inside guest room. There...

We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so as it has lots of character and charm. The rooms are spotless and very spacious, Lots of good magazines and newspapers to read. Great location in the middle of the city centre.

A fantastic historic building located right on the corner of the pedestrianised mall in central Brisbane, this beautiful hotel had large rooms with incredibly high ceilings, plenty of amenities in both the room and building, and also offered on-site parking. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Brisbane

2 nights stay here was great. Hotel is in the heart of city, easy to access everywhere. Only one front desk staff is on duty everyday, but it's 7/24 and super helpful&friendly! Got everything we need during our stay, will come back for sure.

Check in staff were very friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to print off my return airline boarding pass. Rooms were spacious and well maintained exceeding my expectations for my short stay. Bed was comfortable and furnishings of a high standard. Centrally located within short walk of city centre.

My wife and I visit Brisbane frequently, often to attend theatre events. For years we have stayed at a particular hotel, but by chance noticed The Royal Albert Hotel while we were having lunch upstairs in a restaurant overlooking the Queen St. Mall. We were first attracted by the beautiful old architecture. The hotel is just off the Queen St....
