What can you say about a hotel that is over 40 years old and still manages to keep up to day .A worm late night welcome with porter service offered from an exceptional night manager , the room featured bedside USBs thus far unseen in our travels ,coffee machine and possibly the best bed on our 9 month trip. Breakfast...

Love the location close to the city and overlooking the botanical gardens. We have been coming to Royal on the Park for many years and whilst once again we enjoyed our stay we perceived that housekeeping wasn't quite at the level we expected. The vent above our shower head was coated in dust, the bedside clock was an hour fast,...

Rooms were clean, comfortable with great views of the park. I was very disappointed with the valet service that I booked, especially on departure. The valet brought my car around and gave me my key but made no attempt to assist me with my 2 cases. A basic service that all taxis that I have used always offer.

We were first put in a room that neither of us could connect to the internet with on our devices, the staff were very helpful, and after many attempts they decided to switch our room very quickly and promptly. This was a very good fix for the wifi, and they said the left end of the building had previously had...

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Decent rooms - air con ok but not brilliant. Wifi also decent but not great at times. Outdoor pool open until 9pm which is nice as has a heated jacuzzi there too. Breakfast very good and at first it looks nice to hear you get a discounted rate as a guest. However during public holidays...

We had a great stay at the royal on the park. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds were really really comfortable. The staff were also comfortable. No I mean the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Other than that there is not much to say which to my mind is an...

Great location for botanical gardens and town. Wonderful beds. Facilities good, e.g laundry and pool. Overall it represents excellent value for money, certainly in comparison with other places we have stayed at during our trip down the east coast. Would recommend it to anyone.

Near the centre of Brisbane and next to the botanical gardens the hotel was in exactly the right place to explore the city. Room was perfect and housekeeping spot on. We caught the remnants of cyclone Debbie and the very helpful staff assisted us with our changed itinerary.

I think I remember this place being the Park Royal back in the day. It's a little tired now, but my room was spacious, clean and functional. The location is very convenient, being across the road from the Botanic Gardens and just a short walk into Brisbane city centre. I will stay again.
