Really disappointed at the moment - after eagerly anticipating this family holiday all year it has been one thing after another since checking in. 1st - room key wasn't reset and we had to return back down to reception to even enter room. Ok - inconvenient but not a massive deal 2nd - lovely big tv doesn't pick up signal...

Thank you for your feedback; we appreciate you taking the time to review your experience. I apologise that your stay with us at Central Dockside was not satisfactory. I have followed this up with our reservations team regarding the issues which arose during your stay. We have recently upgraded all our TV sets to Foxtel, as a result they only...

I'll start with the only sticking point and that was the after hours check in. It was very clunky. However, the girl on the phone was very helpful. We did not help having 3 different bookings under the same surname but after a small confusion from both ends it was all good. The rest was all fabulous. The views are...

Great location for an amazing price! Stayed two nights to attend a wedding at Kangaroo Point. Very convenient location not only for the wedding, but to visit the City of Brisbane and the restaurants of Southbank. The City Hopper Ferry is free, with a stop nearly at your doorstep. Easy walking along the many nearby paths to view the city...

Ideally situated in Kangaroo Point for ease of getting around. We stayed 5 nights- breakfast vouchers included at a reasonable rate. Weekend rates tend to get a bit exy, but understandable when you consider this hotel/apartment's proximity to all places Brisbane. Particularly noting the ferry station connected to the property. And if you want to cut off the extra 15...

We stayed for 2 nights to take in Brisbane shopping and city sights. The location is fantastic with the free City Hopper ferry right on the door step and great walking paths into Southbank. Easy access to the Gold Coast where we were headed as we left. Although not 21st century modern, the apartment was clean and tidy. However the...

A 2 night stay in the 2 bedroom apartment, with 2 kids. The apartment was fine, if a little dated. Comfortable beds and spacious living area. Kitchen is equipped so you can self cater. Nice views from the balcony. It is well located, right on the free CityHopper ferry stop and easy access to motorways/highways for when you want to...

Although the rooms are a little older and the decor fading , this little gem is awesome. Value for money rooms . Spacious with a full sized fridge for the bubbly to stand upright. Just had the best homemade style lamb pattie in my haloumi burger. Highly recommend staying and having the degustation on the 29th july. Only 7 monutes...

Loved it. Had room 904 and very happy. Lovely views, unit was clean and welcoming. Booked deluxe and not sure if it was, some things seemed older than expected, like bathrooms, but not complaining. Bed was comfy, room had all we needed. Staff were welcoming altho the maintenance man was most helpful with info about ferry and stuff locally. Great...
