Stayed here before, rooms have been renovated and are clean, spacious and well appointed. Bed is very comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was included, not huge selection, but not bad, chef on hand to cook eggs how you like them, she cooked a mean omelette.
I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel but from the moment we arrived I was very disappointed.
This is nowhere near a five star hotel.

Perhaps if you'd check on the hotel booking website and check on the room and service conditions to find out if you will be charged additional fees for the in room wifi. If I'm not wrong you can get free wifi for a limited time at the lobby area.

Don't know but if it's not completed now, it won't be over Christmas as the Australians are already slowing down for the holidays. Strongly suggest you try a different hotel - Hotel Jen nearby, Hilton right in CBD. The Pullman in Brisbane doesn't match up to usual Pullman standards at all
