Great location if attending a show at the Brisbane Powerhouse, also close to cafes, restaurants & ferry to city and Southbank. I have stayed at Edward Lodge a number of times, it's just so easy for parking, clean and comfortable, not to forget the great breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at Edward Lodge when in Brisbane for a nearby weddding. We really liked the atmosphere and we were pleasantly surprised by the well appointed comfortable room . It is very conveniently positioned for easy access to the city and local parks and restaurants. We walked to the wedding in New Farm Park and to the...

I recently stayed at Edward Lodge for 10 days and have no hesitation in awarding it 5 stars. Previous trips to Brisbane I'd stayed at "boutique" hotels in the CBD. The New Farm location of Edward Lodge is MUCH better. On street parking, no need to pay exorbitant overnight CBD parking rates and the environment around Edward Lodge is far...

Beautiful lodge that catered for all of my needs. Nestled in beautiful New Farm, close to public transport and a stone's throw from the city. Interior decorating and vibe of the lodge met expectations. I would not hesitate to stay here agin.

I had decided I didn't want to do the big hotel thing again & wanted somewhere a bit out of the constant noise of the CBD & luckily my search lead me to Edward Lodge. On arrival I discovered it was...

We had three families stay over the weekend and found the rooms and service to be excellent. The position was quiet. We found the breakfast and kitchen very enjoyable as well. A lovely break enjoyed by all.

If all small business accomodation was like this you'd put the big hotels out of business. The room was tidy & breakfast area very accomodating - close to two coffee shops & the ferry so an easy trip into the city.

Beautiful simply beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The nearby park is a bonus and so is the city cat at the end of the street. A light breakfast is completely mentally and offers a good choice of cereals and milk alternatives.

This gem of a hotel is situated in a great neighbourhood called New Farm. It is only a 10 minute walk to the river and the ferry and just a few minutes to Brunswick Street and the bus service. The lodge is a converted old building built in 1912 and the rooms are well laid out and comfortable. Philip the...
