We stayed 4 nights the accommodation and breakfast was excellent. It is a quite location and close to the city centre. We walked each day exploring the city and returned to chill out in the B&B lovely rear garden with complementary refreshments. The owner Geof was always available to help us get the most out of our daily adventures.

Beautiful little property in very convenient location, walking distance to Brisbane CBD. Very friendly host, who provided an extraordinary breakfast. Disappointing: We were given a room with bathroom across the main floor - it’s an old building so this might be necessary, however it should be clearly advertised before.

Thanks Tom for your remarks and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I would point out that we do have only one room (Heritage Twin/King) which is advertised/described very clearly as having a separate private bathroom (non-ensuite) The bathroom is in-deed private to the Heritage Room and not shared with any other guests. This room is priced accordingly and...

Chose this place on reading previous reviews, and it didn't disappoint. It is in a nice quiet area, a short walk away from the CBD. Room was very clean and comfortable. We did encounter a few cockroaches in the bathroom, but they quickly got killed! Geoff was a welcoming and friendly host. Breakfast was awesome, with plenty of choice, and...

We enjoyed our stay a year ago and booked for another 2 nights near Christmas. We were happy to see the same friendly owner. Geof is a wonderful host, eager to assist, chatty and he makes a super breakfast. The choices range from granola, fruit, yogurt, toast pancakes, to deli meat, cheese and eggs. There is something for all tastes....

We had a small but very comfortable room and Geoff was a wonderful host. His knowledge of the city and directions were the best resource we could have. The breakfast porch and mini-park in the yard were a great place to relax in the afternoon with a glass of wine.

I'm happy to report that the reviews are as good as they say. Geof was fantastic and his B & B is beautiful! We rented the top floor bedrooms and were very happy with them. Geof's pancakes are unforgettable! We definitely felt very spoiled the entire time of our stay. We enjoyed happy hour and almost everything we wanted to...
