We stayed at the Ramada for 5 nights on a family vacation with our three kids ages 15, 12 & 9. We all had a great time at the Ramada. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was very well suited for our needs. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The only negative that I can think...

The Ramada has very comfortable rooms. Our experience in a Two Bedroom was spacious and self contained. The swimming pool was partially shaded by trees which unfortunately dropped leaves/bark in it. The swim up bar was cute with limited seats, and also had a waterfall which was beautiful. Distance to many rooms was a bit far but worth it.

This place is ok, but not great. Rooms are a bit dated, and WiFi is only in a small area, and even then very slow. It's a bit out of town but only a short ride on the shuttles. On the plus side I thought the food in the restaurant was good and it's close to four mile beach. The...

My family were staying in Port Douglas as I was competing in the Coral Coast Triathlon. I was treated like royalty as a competitor and I cannot fault our stay there - brilliant. From our welcome at arrival, to the welcoming back after training etc., the staff were impeccable.

We booked through wotif.com. There werent many photos so we trusted the four star rating and picures of the shared spaces. When we arrived at our room it smelt like a wet dog/ locker room. They had a dehumidifier in the room, so were obviously aware of the problem. Also the room was dim with poor lighting. We immediately went...

Stayed in a private room A317, it was ok but needs some work. Very disappointing it had no balcony and no WIFI. Internet was shocking and can only be used near the window or outside. Bed was ok too but pillows horrible and not comfortable. Fridge did an ok job but leaked :( Car parking was shocking and the pool...

Had a fantastic two weeks holiday here and mostly loved it. The staff were helpful when approached for things. The meals at dinner were mostly hit with an occasional miss mixed in. The day spa was amazing - so relaxed. The gym was decent for a resort gym. Only two minor complaints - the pool isn't heated and I'm not...

No complaints about this hotel. I loved how when you pull up, the hotel reception is an open space and then you continue through somewhat of a Jungle-esque type scenery. Katie at the front desk was so nice and extremely helpful. We were here for our Honeymoon and everything went smoothly. We did not eat at the restaurant there, but...
