Location was excellent. Our room was noisy as it was across the road from a 24hr service station and the Coles trucks were backing in to unload. The room was a bit dated and the bathroom was not 100% clean otherwise was great.

close to everything and clean. Only disappointment was that room was booked over a year ago and balcony had limited view which was noisy over car park and street at times. Would stay again but choose room location by pool. Staff friendly and very helpful. Had a wonderful trip with friends

Mantra Heritage is located as close as you can get to the center of town. There is a super convenient access passage out the back to Macrossan Street (the main street with all the restaurants & shops), and just steps from the grocery store and drug store, so easy to stock up the kitchenette. Very quiet and private room, and...

The location of this property really sells it! Close to everything. Motel style room closest to reception quite noisey, and could do with an upgrade. Comfy bed. Would go there again, but get a swim up room!

We had visited Port Douglas before and stayed at a hotel on the other side of Macrossan street. This time I thought we would try somewhere different and as I had heard the Mantra chain is very good, I booked the Mantra Heritage. We had booked a hotel room as we would be out and about for most of our...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which had a kitchen and stove for self catering. This was handy for us as we have a 1 yr old. The wifi is not free and quiet expensive, but since you are in the middle of town and there's lots to do this is not a massive issue. Emily at...

If you want to be right in the heart of town, steps from shops and restaurants and a minute or two to the marina, then Mantra Heritage is great. Whatever you do though, don't book room 1306 (or any similar rooms if there are any). The staff are good and moved us to a poolside hotel room after one night...

Very happy with my choice to stay here. The location is amazing, just off the main st in Port Douglas. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and the marina if you want to get out to the reef. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. My room had its own private balcony and pool entrance and it was great to have 2...

Overall I the location is superb, right in the middle of town - only minutes to everything. Leisure around the wonderful pool that is beautifully light at night. Rooms are a little tired but over all it is a great place to stay
