Had a fantastic stay. Lose to everything. A little noisy sat night but expected as hotel is above all the courthouse and in the middle of port Douglas nightlife. Weren't too bothered by noise as expected. Love this hotel. Will stay again.

The location of this hotel is excellent - right in the heart of Port Douglas. They offer parking underneath and then you can walk right out into the action. We had booked just a standard hotel room which was a good size and the bed was comfy. Unfortunately our stay was tainted by the room being incredibly musty. The smell...

Great stay. Clean spacious apartment. Helpful staff attended to our needs promptly and happily. Nice central location in the heart of town opposite the lovely Port Douglas markets (Sundays). Also close to eateries, supermarket etc.

Great location at the end of the main street, just a short stroll to the shops and the Sunday market. Although the live music from the pubs close by Wednesday to Sunday nights can be a bit loud if you are trying to sleep we found the best way was to join them, best fun at the cane toad racing.

The room was lovely and we were lucky enough to have a room opposite the park (room 219). Unfortunately the hotel is nestled between two pubs that have live music and loud customers. Sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and dinners were really enjoyable and you are central to everything. If it wasn't for the pubs, I would definitely stay...

Clean room. Very small tv. Very musty smell. Very well located. Very odd check in process, still haven't met any staff. Wifi is expensive. Not sure I would stay again, just that it is very well located.

Unfortunately our washing machine leaked, our firdge door didnt seal and as we had driven 1600km we had items to wash and store in the fridge. Rooms are very generous in size, however the view was lacking and we could not park our car in the undercover as we were told it was a 1.6 metre clearance at check in....

Unable to use one of the rooms due to the overpowering mould smell in bedroom. Have photos. Daughter had to sleep on couch in dual room sitting area. Kitchenette power outlet not working. Power outlet in room 213 bathroom kept tripping my hairdryer. After returning home dryer tested with no issues evident.
