Great location for all activities, shops & restaurants, front of house staff were fantastic, tour advisor had a good knowledge. Pool was perfect. Housekeeping could have done a better job, but we still had a great time.

Overpriced for average stay, lacking substance of true quality service. We stayed in a spa suite with pool access. When we went for breakfast which was an inclusion in our packaged stay we were told that we were only allowed the continental section and that the hot section would be an extra $5 charge to the room, per person. Tawdry...

Dear Keys235 Thank you for staying at Peppers Beach Club. We are sorry to hear your breakfast experience has impacted on your overall stay. Your Resort package was inclusive of continental breakfast and the $5 upgrade to full breakfast was a special discount offer to in-house guests. Awesome place to relax and unwind. Close to town and lots of facilities in town. Had an awesome time. Staff very helpful and take their recommendation on daily trips - they were awesome trips! Highly recommend this resort! You'll love it! Loved the super king size bed but could have been a bit more comfortable

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we were greeted by Drew. He immediately asked if he could take out bags out of the car for us. Up to reception we went where Denise who served us was very warm and bubbly. Check in was so easy and un-complicated. Onto our room we had a spa room which was...

Myself and 3 girlfriends had a sneaky long weekend away from the kids and absolutely loved it! The rooms and pool were fantastic, the location was great with a very short walk to the beach or town, and the day spa wonderful. Would highly recommend for a winter getaway!

This is the place people dream about! Staff and service are amazing and perfectly compliment the resort! Came up for some R&R and also avoid the school holiday rush. I grabbed a great deal when peppers sent me an email special.

We have stayed at the Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas at least 7 times. In our opinion, there is nothing better in Port Douglas. The location, close to Macrossan Street and the beach is perfect and the quality of accommodation excellent. Staff are genuine and very helpful.
