Perfect location! One block from 4mile beach, one block from the main street & all the restaurants & shops We stayed in a one bedroom lagoon deluxe suite with swim-up pontoon. The suite was great, had everything we could need. The bed was very comfy, the lounge/dining room area very spacious, with again very comfortable lounge chairs, & a 6...

Having stayed in PD several times, we decided to spoil ourselves with a stay at Peppers Beach Club and it was well worth it. From the exceptional staff happy to help with any enquiry, to the beautiful pool you can't go wrong booking your next stay here. There is a handful of swim up suites, book one of those if...

Second stay here. As last time the room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but restaurant quite busy. Very popular with families - lots of young children and quite noisy avid busy from 7am - we tended to swim in the evening. Overall had a reasonable stay.

Very happy to stay at Peppers. Facilities were excellent overall and the room we had (lagoon room) was quite new. The food at their bar was excellent. Highly recommended for a stay in Port Douglas. Lot of travelers previously had made comments regarding the noise, but we did not find this an issue at all.

Pepper's is a lovely place to stay. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We arrived Sunday morning well before check in. The staff took our luggage and asked us to check back on the room in a few hours (but before official check in time). They recommended we go to the Sunday market (which we enjoyed) while we waited....

We stayed here for the last few nights of our holiday. After having stayed at the Peppers resort in Palm Cove i didn't feel it was up to the same standard with regards to the resort. Our room here was very large with a balcony overlooking the pool, fully equipped kitchen including a very handy washing machine and dryer. There's...

The Resort even though it gives the impression of a five star resort. It's a far cry from one. We stayed here in late Jan'16 for four nights and had two interconnecting rooms a suite and a spa room. The suite was great as it had its own kitchenette and from our balcony we had two private sun lounges and...

$250 for a tiny room with a balcony bath tub facing an apartment building and garage. Absolutely no privacy or ambiance. The hotel is not on the beach neither is the town of Port Douglas. Dear AndyH1018, Thank you for your comments and feedback. I apologise if the room you were allocated was not to your liking. We do have some Spa Suites that are not located on the pool which some guests like for the extra privacy. Should we have had the availability, we would have been more than happy to relocate you to...

After a disappointing arrival to Sheraton Mirage and their construction site, we arrived at Peppers hoping for rooms. The staff (Jill),!were excellent and accomodating and are now enjoying amazing suites overlooking the pool. My only disappointment is that my favourite of sitting by the pool is too uncomfortable as the sun lounges are all broken. These need replacing. Recommend this...
