This was our third stay at Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas, and still as great as the first time! The Reservation Manager, Alyson, was fantastic in helping us book and more than accommodating on arrival. I would recommend anyone stay here, as its close to the main street and you can walk from one side of town to the other....

My wife and I went with our three year old son to Peppers Port Douglas for 7 nights. What a great holiday we had - the best family holiday so far. We loved the Beach club. My room was on the 3rd floor, and it was spacious and modern. It overlooked the wonderful pool, which is where I spent most of my time when I wasn't out and about in Port Douglas. The hotel staff were all so accommodating to any request, including letting me use their facilities before and after check in. I hope to...

We came for part of our honeymoon trip and reserved one of the suites. Staff were helpful before we even arrived and arranged our airport transfer (separate cost). Our room was ready when arrived and had a nice welcome gift recognizing our recent nuptials. The room was well equipped, clean, and spacious! We had a full kitchen (refgrigerator, stove, range,...

We stayed for 6 nights - a first trip away with our infant. The two room suite was perfect, giving our boy his own sleeping space and plenty of room for pram, cot, etc, and us! Peppers was terrific in meeting our request for a room that helped him sleep (darker, quieter) - indeed, we were lucky enough to be...

Bliss! Beautiful room with quite a private balcony and jacuzzi, we enjoyed with a bottle of fizz from the minibar, not expensive at all, a real treat. The room was perfect, cleaned daily. Breakfasts pleasant overlooking the pool and the pool is great with its own little beach. We really chilled out here, staff were really helpful and friendly too....
