Apart from the average food and the lack of shaded areas around the pool and waterpark, we had an absolute ball staying here for 12 days. Customer service was good and pleasant and attentitive at all times. We had an issue with our air con and were upgraded to another room for the remainder of our stay. My only real...

Stayed here with my sister and nieces for a weekend during school holidays. The girls (aged 4 & 6) thought it was the best thing out, they had a fantastic time! The resort really have some fantastic options and cater amazingly well to children of all age groups. Their kids club looked like so much fun and the girls had...

A bit old but clean and tidy. Friendly staffs and reasonable food at the cafe. With fenced up sticking poor, this place is excellent for families with younger kids. Walking distance to Surfer Paradise. We walked down there every evening for dinner. Will definitely come back and stay.

This was our 2nd visit for myself and my children aged 11 and 8 years. If my kids are happy then I'm happy and my kids loved this trip as much as our trip last year. The room was lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help and it's very nice to see the same...

Checking into Paradise Resort was the worst start to our holiday. From entering the foyer, i cursed myself for booking with them. The smell we were greeted with when we entered our room was disgusting! Damp and old smell was sooooo strong. First thing i got out of my luggage was my perfume to try and disguise the disgusting smell....

We came here with our two children specifically for Planet Chill. We didn't actually realise until we got there that Planet Chill is located inside the Paradise Resort Hotel. On entering the hotel it was extremely hot and stuffy with no airconditioning at all. Many parents were sitting right in the foyer next to a jungle play type area for...

If you're after the best resort to keep your children entertained so you can relax and enjoy a restful holiday with them - this is the best place we've been. The staff are really friendly, the food is great and the children's activities (plus free daycare for 4 hours each day!) are awesome and plentiful.

I stayed for 1 week with my 2 kids aged 9 & 6. We had a Scoopon/Dreamworld voucher. I was anxious about coming to stay at Paradise Resort after reading reviews on T.A & seeing photos. First impressions were not great. The check-in receptionist wasn't very friendly. There is no allocated parking bays so we ended up walking quite a way,...

I had read a lot of the reviews before arriving so I was not too sure what to expect. However upon checkin all negative reviews had been wiped out of my head. This is an ideal location for children and my two girls loved it so much we landed having to stay another night!!! They tried to get me to...

If I could review this on behalf of my one, two and three year old kids it would be five stars across the board so I will try and be level handed. As soon as you arrive at Paradise Resort you are struck with kids crawling amongst an indoor jungle gym adjacent to reception and the simultaneous sound of a...
