Our family with 12 yo and 10 yo stayed 5 nights here. I think we maybe should have come a few years ago as our kids were a bit too old for this type of accommodation! It has 2 water areas for kids and a medium sized pool, and good eating areas nearby to these. Also a well stocked mini...

Although not a bad place to stay, there's definitely room for improvement. They have a great water park to keep the kids entertained but that's about the highlight. Firstly, don't go expecting to enjoy a nice quiet drink after the kids have gone to bed as by 10pm they will be closing the bar and kicking you out of the...

We stayed 5 nights during the Easter school holidays. As expected, the resort was very busy. We left our booking a little late and ended up with an un-renovated room. On arrival our two x three year olds were blown away by the large jungle gym in the hotel lobby. Check in was friendly and mirrored all our staff interactions....

We spent a few days here with an extended family group with children ranging from teenagers to toddlers. The staff at the bistro were rude and unprofessional taking away my hot meal for breakfast because it was from the buffet for the 'Asian bus tour'. They also tried to charge us for two children who didn't eat and one had...

Stayed one night in Family Room. Good size but the rooms are dated. For $360 a night it is over priced. Put the youngest to sleep and then saw 2 cockroaches running up the wall. Disgusting! When we called reception all they said was they would spray the room after we left. Kids club was great.

Hi StrawberryPrincess77, I am sorry to hear that our resort did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Bugs, ants and insects are a part of our tropical climate and while scheduled pest control is carried out monthly and annually, unfortunately this cannot guarantee you will never see them. Overall, I do hope that your children enjoyed their time with...

Bit of a mixed review . . . I booked the Resort room (cheapest), the fuse blew twice, once blowing my charger, with the technician stating 'it happened all the time' - so really the room should not be used! The walls seemed thin and therefore very noisy. However, despite this we actually had a good time! It's a kids...

Stayed here again for the eight, (possibly ninth or tenth time. We have lost count). Once again the place delivered. Customer service excellent. Facilities for kids awesome. Kids Club is first rate and kids loved visiting, always wanting to go back. Swimming pool and waterslides great again (albeit water a little cold). Food from restaurant and pool bar excellent. There...

Cheaper room, noisy, wobbly uncomfortable beds, shower with no pressure, freezer door missing in fridge, aircond mounted too low so blows directly on to bed, no wifi available outside of reception/bar area. Extra charges for almost everything, heaps of parking space but $15 per night extra, continental cold buffet breakfast $15 extra each per day, one complimentary kids session a...

There are lots of good things about this place but it just wasn't 'our thing'. Usually we spend holidays camping and bush waking but decided to give the Gold Coast a try for the sake of the kids... won't be doing that again. Disliked surfers and found paradise resort a bit overwhelming. Too many rude kids being left unsupervised by...

Totally satisfactory rooms, service was good and dining options were great. Kids loved the place and all of the activities but everything just needs a freshen up. Rooms while comfortable are nothing special, would go back again for the kids.
