Location was great. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which had no tv in the room and curtains were unsatisfactory ripped. No telephone. Coffee tea making facilities were there. Guy at reception desk was unhelpful. We were told we could check in at 12 and the receptionists said she would priortise the room to be ready at 12 but on...

Hotel is good and very close to shopping arcades and about 5 min walk to beach in Surfers Paradise. Room cost includes breakfast which is not too bad for the price paid for the room. Rooms are spacious with balcony. Would recommend this to anyone on holiday.

This is not the best hotel we have been to but the it is located right in the centre and within walking distance to the main attractions. The room was clean enough and staff slightly helpful. Overall I would say not really bad and I would stat here again (but not for a long stay).

We booked a weekend here because there was basically nowhere else that had rooms. There was a reason for that. It really is a throwback to the bad old days before the Internet when the reception staff treated you with contempt, happy in the knowledge there was nothing you could do about it. The room smelt like the carpet hadn't...

We arrived late on a Sunday evening and, after a long day, a very rude staff "welcomed" us. First issue, you have to give them a $200 deposit that was suppose to be returned at departure but It can take up to 10 days (48 hours after and the money is not yet in my account). Second issue, we requested...

Stayed for a weekend for my sons BDay. Easy 5 min walk to beach, Cavill Avenue etc Pretty good price. Pool and spa(nice & warm) were great. Staff were so nice, infact they were faultless with us. Allowed us to check in earlier due to early arrival. Room was fine, good size balcony. Only things that could have made it...

Check in was great! Right up until i needed to pay a $200 bond that would be released on departure....8 hours later & a flight back to NZ & the money isn't back in my account. The room was grotty but I was too tired to deal with it! The bathroom didn't even have a rubbish bin & the shower...

Stay for two nights recently and whilst I can see where some of the bad review are coming from, we found PIR to be pretty good. Things didn't start brilliantly though. The first room we were allocated was not good. very run down and old. The air conditioner rattled and sounded like it was a jet taking off.. Quick phone...
