Location is quite good and hotel has done som renovations. Pool area is ok. I think the hotel staff could be more friendly and I also think they are a little cheap asking a few dollars here and there all the time. The hotel is more geared up for mainland Chinese tour groups and I guess it makes it a...

Stayed with my family in a family room and were very impressed with the space. Pool and spa were very clean and inviting. Staff were always courteous. The rooms were a little run down but I think GREAT value for money. Parking on the street was limited but we managed to find parking each day. For families on a budget...

Spent 7 nights in April and found the staff accomodating and friendly. There is a small caffe on the ground floor which has happy hour 4 to 6pm eachday and the menu is basically Asian/Chinese style buffet. Optional eating is plentiful only about 15 mins walk away at surfers paradise beach front and shopping area. Our room was large and...

Unfortunately we had an average stay here and the rooms really are in desperate need of upgrading. The first one we were put in was appalling and we requested a change (which they did, thankfully). The service desk had mainly staff that were less than helpful and verging on rude. Another negative point. However on of the staff members was...

We stayed here for 7 nights, when cyclone Debbie was happening. This place is very money hungry it seems like EVERYTHING I asked for cost something, extra white towels $2 each, Laundry detergent $2 each, Pool towels $2 each - Because apparently your not allowed to use the white towels in your room! Yep,CRAZY!! Especially compared to the "Oaks Resort"...

We stayed here for a couple nights in March. Parking is $10 per night and is valet 24 hours which is fantastic service. The gentlemen at reception were constantly polite and accommodating. Our room was very big and clean. A laundry room is available on several floors for $4 per each load of wash and drying plus $2 for the...

This hotel is a short walk from excellent beaches, restaurants, parks and shops. The location on the Gold Coast makes it possible to walk or take a bus. The tram passes by quite often. Our unit was a 4 sleeper, very spacious main bedroom with en-suite and large lounge with open plan kitchen. It has a microwave and dishwasher but no stove,...
