The best thing about Trickett Gardens is its location. A short stroll to the beach, and right in the middle of the action in Surfers Paradise. Shopping was just a stroll away and there are so many dining options. Coming back to reality, the hotel itself is quite tired, just about average and needs maintenance. Bathroom tiles were chipped, a...

I recently returned from my vacation at the Gold Coast. I stayed at the Trickett Gardens for 3 nights. The apartment that I stayed in was perfect. It felt more like a home than a hotel. I will be returning to the Trickett Gardens on my next visit to the Gold Coast and highly recommend it. The staff was extremely...

Just had a 3 night stay in room 2 with my partner. Then went to room 9 as room 2 was old, bathroom was very run down and the shower door was falling off.. Very disappointed. I've stayed there 3 times now and that's it..! I won't be staying again. Even the spa wasn't working properly. Staff are nice I...

Great bang for your buck. Stayed in three different rooms due to vacancy issues so I really got to know the place. Solid for the price. Good AC, fast wifi, hot shower, comfy beds. You get a ton of space for the price as well, as these units are all pretty much entire apartments. Each had a nice balcony as...

Whilst the apartment was very basic it was all we were looking for at the time of booking. However, after following their itemised procedure for checking out early before office hours, leaving the apartment in pristine condition, even neatly stacking the placemats on the dining table, I got home to see there had been an extra charge of $55 on...

The apartment was well equipped although its a little old. We were very disappointed as the wifi did not work for us during our stay. We highlighted to the staff however as we were there during the weekend, staff was unavailable to assist us immediately. Apart from that, our stay was pleasant as the unit was clean and equipped. There...

We always come to Trickett every year. There is a mantra legend hotel behind this hotel. Wr got a a starter pack such as towels for the two...

The pool is freezing..water pump is apparently broken..same story we got last year...get it fixed and turn up the heat...so we can enjoy swimming...its a pity that this situation ruins what is otherwise a great holiday venue. ..
