Loved the Sands Bar - cheap and delicious meals and great value cocktails at happy hour. Sad we missed happy hour at the Sunset Bar but perfect place for sunset over the jetty. The Beauty Spots tour is a must with $80 pp light aircraft flights available half way through the day - strongly recommend doing this, was amazing experience....

Lovely hotel in great settings, a huge thanks to Allysa at reception for rescuing the weekend. We booked a two bed villa and when we got to our villa it was not to the high standard normally associated by them. The situation was quickly resolved and the rest of our weekend was fantastic, highly recommend the Scenic tour. Highly recommend...

Amazing place to stay, so much to see and very relaxing. We would recommend this place to anyone. We wanted a holiday and that is what we got. The Maheno Restaurant is so good, the buffet meals and the staff were fantastic. The Rangers are so helpful and really make it a great stay.

Had an excellent time with friends. My only complaint was that when we had the buffet, by the time we got to dessert, there was only fruit and ice cream left, all slices were gone and not refilled. And altho we had booked a table earlier in the day, we were put outside to accommodate for a larger group inside!...

We enjoyed our holiday at Kingfisher Resort, the rooms were spacious and the food was excellent! There was lots to see and do if you had a 4 wheel drive. We also did a few short bush walks around the Resort too. Great experience.

Fraser Island has a lot to offer. You can just relax and take it easy. Go on walks. Some close by. Short walks. Or you can go for a few days. There's plenty of activities available. We just wish the service was still from Urangan. We would venture there more often

Well established resort, blending in to land,to minimise footprint Location is on Fraser Island...a wonderful part of Australia. Hotel is tired in areas..need new mattress, and furniture update in room Very poor at answering emails regarding bookings, and very poor at checkout ( understaffed, and bills inaccurate for all in line) Close restaurants without warning, so choice is minimal, or...

Saw some stunning natural spots. The 75km beach, the freshwater lake. We went over on the Ferry so had to rely on a one day tour to see the sites.Very impressive.Resort was great for relaxing but it took us a while to work out the food venues. The cheaper place down near the jetty was all we needed rather than the more...
