Fantastic destination, outstanding food and service, beautiful beaches, pool and buildings. It comes no better than this! Do not forget a visit to the research station on the island. Fascinating and we learned a lot.

An amazing family trip to a few places "Down Under". Spent 5 days on Lizard Island and experienced great critters, hikes and excursions on the Great Barrier Reef. The staff was awesome. The food and drink was exquisite. I was not a fan of the "all-inclusive" previously but the Luxury Lodge concept in Australia is SUPERIOR!!

They have thought of everything and most everything is included. They will take you on a boat with others to the reef, or take you on a private boat, or loan you a dinghy to explore the smaller reefs around the island. The dive gear is top-notch. There is a tennis court, a spa and a workout room with good...

We first went to the Great Barrier Reef a few years ago in July, supposedly the perfect time of year for snorkeling. It stormed for the entire week. So much so that we never actually saw the reef, even from the helicopter that took us to a different island hotel where we were freezing and there was nothing to do....

Dear enjoytheadventure, You are absolutely right, anytime is the perfect time to visit the reef and Lizard Island. We are fortunate enough not to be affected by the green season as much as the mainland, and whilst December and January are a little warmer, we have enjoyed perfect days over this period. We pride ourselves in our ability to cater...

We have just arrived back from spending the most amazing 30th Wedding Anniversary on Lizard Island that we could have imagined. We knew it was going to be exceptional from the start when we when flew our own small Aeroplane in to the remote Airstrip and a beautiful young staff member was already there waiting to pick us up as...

Escape to the Great Barrier Reef in style, located in the middle of a Australian National Park, this is fantastic resort. Service is incredible at Every level food, beach house, front desk, all excellent. The guest/staff ratio is at least 10 to 1. ! Yes a bit costly but worth every penny!

Dear Linda W, I hope 2017 is starting well for you, and I thank you for your feedback on the resort.
