Loved this place! Close to great eateries and the heart of Adelaide yet very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and tidy. Enjoyed staying in a bit of history :) it is well located for sight seeing and we found walking everywhere the best experience.

We stay here each time we visit Adelaide. It's only 5 minutes from the CBD by bicycle, and a 5 minute walk to O'Connell Streets many pubs and restaurants. Rooms are small and simple, but for what they charge, it is value for money. The breakfast is basic and adequate, with a choice of juices, choice of cereals, tinned peaches,...

Stayed for the weekend for a family function. It was centrally located and closest to the hotel where the family function was held. We had a family room and the room was ok but suited to our needs and budget. Continental breakfast was included which is good. Despite the wet weather during our stay, the hotel was very nice and...

Ideally located near the city and nestled in Adelaide's magnificent parklands. Very friendly and helpful management which made our overseas family holiday in Australia so much easier to plan. Our children enjoyed the breakfast options immensely. Will certainly return on our next visit to Australia

Gorgeous building, lovely owners. Beautiful breakfast options, very comfortable bed! Unfortunately only got to spend a couple of hours there as my partner ended up in the RAH emergency room until about 5AM. In which case the side door was easily accessible to get to our room and I think we managed to get up there quietly enough. Good prices,...

She was an elegant manor house once converted into a B & B in the 70's and now operating as a motel. The grandeur is still there but with a slightly musty scent of old wool carpet. However the room we stayed in was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Good value for money with the included breakfast....

Wow! This place is surprisingly affordable when considering the fantastic location (opposite parkland but close to city and walking distance to great restaurants). The building itself is a beautiful, tastefully preserved Edwardian. Original features such as the grand staircase and have a lovely faded grandeur patina -and it smells good! The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept...
