Stayed for 5 nights which was a bit long. disappointed when I arrived there with the room - The decor was very tired and cheap looking - no drawers to unpack my bag which I like to do when staying a few days. Had to get a fan in to keep air circulating as the aircon dial only had 1,2...

Stayed here only one night on a business trip. Less than impressed with my experience. Room was big. But air conditioning wasn't working. Old furniture and dated. Didn't feel very clean although it looked clean. Average breakfast. I don't think I'd stay here again.

The room was clean and the bathroom renovated. The walls were paper thin and noise was an issue as the multiple surrounding bars. The bed was really hard and the lobby outdated. For the purpose of somewhere to sleep and store your belongings it was ok. It was a work trip but if it was personal I wouldn't book here....

Worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. Comfy bed but it slid around the room. Took our own pillows thank goodness as some were like bricks. Small hand basin. Very poor lighting. Room skirtings and floor not clean. Something that resembled flees?? on first night until we got room sprayed. Room 218 avoid it if you can. Very very pricey....

As an Accor member I paid $20 more for the privilege and was unable to sleep from 5 am the noise was unanswerable .The fitness center is a treadmill which is booked out . Well located hotel decent room but you need a good nights sleep . Surprised at Accor normally good .

The room prices here seem to have increased disproportionately since the last time I stayed. The hotel is generally OK though the corridors need recarpeting and the place in general needs a little bit of TLC. The room itself was fine though the step up to the bathroom was a smidgeon inconvenient and this is the first time in a...

We stayed in room 316 which is towards the back of the hotel. The room is good to stay in for 1 or 2 nights and has a comfy bed but needs new pillows. The bathroom is a bit small but was ok for the one night. The room has tea and coffee facilities for you to use. This hotel...

I did think this hotel was just about ok but it really does suck! My room has a window but it is painted over so I cannot tell if the sun is shining or it is p*ssing down with rain. You pay 10'bucks a day for wifi which should be free and have to reboot your iPad each day to...

We visited this hotel en route to the Barossa Valley. All of the staff we encountered were most helpful and assisted in any way they could. The hotel rooms though were tiny, and felt cramped and stuffy. The bed however was very comfortable. The ensuite was very small with a shower that seemed to leak water to the main floor....
