My husband and I stayed at The Sage Hotel using a Travel Auction voucher that we had purchased. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at the reception desk on check in and he presented us with some drink vouchers and a 2 for 1 deal to be used in the Zouk restaurant in the hotel. There was also...

The Balconey was dirty and did not like shower in bath Awkward for elderly people to get into and out . On a positive side bed was comfortable with no dips in the middle . Free wifi was great as was having fox channels . Dining in restaurant was okay except they forgot my soup and tried to bring it...

Dear Peter Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry your dining order was mixed up and have spoken with both housekeeping and restaurant staff regarding attentiveness and maintaining standards. I have also asked houskeeping to look into their servicing of the room as generally requests should be acted upon as soon as practicable, however this does depend on the day's...

Stayed here for one night, front desk check in team were very helpful. The hotel Is fairly old but have had a facelift. The rooms are comfortable and quite large. Rooms have a good sleep quality. I was fairly high up so had a nice view of park and city. I liked the touch of having USB plugs at the...

Overall I believe the service was not 4* quality. The function we held in the function room was poorly serviced when all that was needed was water on tables and tea and coffee served efficiently. Our room was not cleaned properly on one occasion. I was not impressed at all.

No wait for staff on Check In or Check Out. Great for families. Room had two super comfy Queen size beds, shower over bathtub, lock on bathroom door, bar fridge had tiny freezer that did not freeze water overnight. Just across the road (traffic light crossing or pedestrian bridge) to great playground, fields, park BBQ. Pool was in hotel next...

The hotel is well located, next to the center of Adelaide and has car parking (although you need to be fast). It's not "upscales" though (as it presents itself), more like your typical Ibis, but good enough. My room was quite big and clean with a comfortable bed and good airco. Staff at reception was very welcoming. Two points annoyed...

Dear G-manBE Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback to us. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was a nice addition. The room was average but clean, just what we needed and very affordable. There is a tram stop very close to the hotel that you can use to get to the other side of the city.
