I stayed here on an extremely hot and very stormy night, and the room proved to be very comfortable despite it all. The air conditioning, wall fan and rammed earth walls kept the room temperature cool, with the latter also helping to keep the room...More
A relaxing, well appointed room with very good bathroom.
Reception welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was just what a traveller needs with food and service excellent.
Will always stay there when travelling on the highway.
Great bed, fantastic shower (what you need after a long day driving), friendly staff and easy check in. It was also very nice to have a microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery in the room for dinner after travelling and breakfast before leaving again.
Easy booking, friendly service, great room! Both me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mud Hut Motel. The rammed earth wall was beautiful. Get a pizza from the store in the main street and visit Opalis for amazing service as well.

Parking for trailers is inside the grounds which are walled, and out of view from the street and we try to put you in a room near where your trailer is parked if you make a note in your booking that you are towing a trailer, or give us a call to let us know. Quite often, your trailer can be parked right behind your room, depending on how many other guests are towing trailers on the same night.
Hope this helps,
