Thanks Rose and Alex. It was a very comfortable and well equipped. Everything was catered for with lots of little extras. Not far from the main street of town. Very private. Loved it. A truly unique experience.

Arrived 28/9/12 four adults. Bought steak in town. Parked in carport, settled in and cooked a BBQ near the pool area after Alex gave us a guided tour of the property. Temperature was very pleasant and loved the wine and chocs provided and an enjoyable quiet evening to ourselves.Breakfast provided was plentiful after a good nights sleep. Thoroughly recommend to...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here October 2010, the kids were enthralled with the whole experience of underground living, everything you needed was at your fingertips. We had 5 children with us and Rose was very accommodating to fit us all in. A hidden treasure in what was otherwise a dusty place, The videos and history of the area that were...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Down to Erth. It couldn't have been better. Living underground was a great experience, unlike anything else. Not only quiet and comfortable with all the facilities you could need, but it was so special to be able to appreciate the beauty of the natural walls of ancient seabed, with all the intricate patterns formed...

Thanks to Rose & Alex who made our stay very comfortable. We spotted the place at the information centre and Rose gave up her free day to accommodate us. We are extremely thankful. I'm so glad my friend found this place. It must be the best accommodation in Coober Pedy. The underground experience was amazing and a must if you are in Coober. The accommodation was spacious and beautiful. Alec has done a wonderful job on the building side and Rose's attention to detail leaves you with nothing to want for. The beds...

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding and Rose was great. A host that was helpful (good tips on places to see) and friendly but not...

Rose's attention to detail makes certain that your stay there is comfortable with spotless rooms, well equipped kitchen, and wonderfully fresh breakfast with home made jams and preserves. There is even a welcoming bottle of Red and chocolates. Both...

This really added to our outback experience. Rose and Alex are a lovely couple and we got to experience a little bit of their very different lifestyle. The place is spotless and Rose has ensured that all your needs for your B&B are met. The cereals were fresh, amazing home made jams, generous quantities of fresh milk, butter, bread and...

This was a great experience, particularly for my husband who had never been to Coober Pedy before, and certainly hadn't lived 'under ground'. The house is spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and a well equipped kitchenette. Rose and Alex were great hosts, and very pleased to share with us places of interest to see - they couldn't do enough,...
