I stayed here for a week for work, the rooms where quite spacious felt a lot like something you could permanently live in and not just an apartment, it had a very homely feel about it. It was in a good spot close to pretty much everything. If I was doing business in Melbourne again I would happily stay here...

Booked a suite to share with my sister in law when she joined us on our holiday. Booked it through last minute.com which was a great way of doing it. Arrived 2hours before checkin to be informed that they had already checked us in and upgraded us to a corner suite. Warm, comfortable environment with a small deck outside. Due...

We stayed for two nights in a 2 bedroom apartment on 16th floor. Paid extra for the dual aspect however one side looked at office building only. Good size and easy location. Price was ok for what it is. The staff were polite enough but not very forthcoming with information and it is annoying that they are gone by 6...

This is not a hotel. This is just serviced apartments being rent out of a residential building. Pool access is only for residents. We had a terrible time with security and other party goers making loud noise. Weren't able to have a few friends over without security knocking on our doors! The actual residents of this place seem to be...

Poorly cleaned - faecal matter splattered on wall next to toilet - broken cords on blinds, non functioning exhaust fan in bathroom. Brochure shows pool and gym - but you can't use these facilities unless your stay is greater than 30 days!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. The staff are unorganised and incompetent. The rooms are mediocre and there are loads of hotels around that would offer you a good time in comparison! waste of my money. The staff were just so rude and uninterested in any of my queries. If you want to enjoy your...

Stayed in a 2BR with excellent views/balcony. Full functioning kitchen and laundry and easy access. Yes a lot of people may claim it was expensive, however I wouldn't agree. As the title says, you get what you pay for. I am one of those people who is quite happy to splurge on the digs if it is worth it and...

We stayed in a 2 BR apartment- building is safe, modern and has a fantastic central location, very close to restaurants.. However, the apartment was not as great as it sounded. Despite being modern, a few things disappoint- the couch was pathetic, small (fit 3 adults), narrow, hard and slippery- you could not sit on it without sliding off. Made...
