Nice little hotel not too far out of Melbourne close to main roads and public transport. Wonderful friendly staff with on site parking (paid) 11am checkout always a bonus. Clean small but ok no cutlery so come prepared

We stayed just one night, the hotel was comfortable, the rooms generous in size with nice views over the park. It was very reasonably priced and location wise very close to the tram stop and other amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every aspect! The buffet breakfast was substantial and the restaurant staff lovely.

The staff were helpful and the rooms are tired and need a update. Was woken during the night to the doors closing when the occupant arrived back to their room but in general the bed was good. If wanting to use the trams- you have to walk a block to the nearest point for joining the trams and also you...

The rooms are quite good but the pool is really dirty (see photos) but the thing that really annoyed me was that we were charged $15 per day for parking in the dirtiest car park I've ever seen which cost me $150 for the duration of our stay. Another returning guest who checked in at the same time as us...

Stayed in Bayview for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel is quite accessible to st. Kilda and CBD , the rooms are clean, functional and have just enough for a short stay. Standard rooms don't seem to have the park views or any extra frills in the room. The staff and housekeeping guys are courteous. Only problem I had...

I loved the view from my room although the trundle bed I was on rocked back and forwards and made me keep waking up. The food at our conference was good, although the buffet dinner was over priced for the quality. Buffet breakfast was good. Also got locked out of room when door key failed (happened to a few of...

Stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting Melbourne, and was excellent location for the F1 being right across from Albert Park. Hotel was reasonable for the price, room was comfortable and clean although we experienced a few issues with a drip drip drip leaking AC Unit on our last night. The AC units in the reception area were also leaking so...

This hotel is a little gem. Book the deluxe room as a minimum. The hotel is showing age a little but is extremely good value. It is not 5 star by any means but the rooms are large with a large comfy lounge suite LCD tv and our room had great shower and good aircon. Breakfast in the restaurant was...

Stayed for 1 night for Formula 1 event because the location just next to Albert park. We were waiting long time due inefficient reception for check in process. Then arrived at room, the internet is not working. Not recommend at all. Too pricey

I have stayed here a couple of times and for the cost, it's good value. Terrific staff particularly the Barman, he was excellent. Although a little dated, it's clean and comfortable with a nice lounge bar and restaurant for nights in. Also trams stops close by on street behind. Other members of the family always stay when visiting Melbourne for...
