There was a great vibe in this hostel. I stayed 2 nights and left with lots of new mates! It’s a lot more social than other hostels I’ve stayed at in Melbourne and it’s really modern and clean. The Peter Pans staff are great too...More
The hostel was good, has a great kitchen and a good bar (closes a lot bit early). The bathrooms are not too clean. The staff was good and helpfully at all times.
The location is really great, it's opposite to Flinders station (Melbourne's biggest station)...More
loved this hostel, super cute and comfy! My first solo trip to melbourne was one for myself- i wanted to get away being in an exchange program keeps you a bit confined so why not branch out and go out of your comfort zone. united...More
Me and my partner have stayed in lots of hostels across Australia and this by far was the worst one we stayed at. We stayed in a room with 12 beds which is fine as we enjoy meeting new people. Our room had two fans...More
Greatly located right opposite flinders station. I stayed here for around 4 days. The rooms were pretty compact but the lockers under the bed had plenty of room for my case. Each bed had its own private light and plug socket. The bathrooms were private...More
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.

They're pretty big but honestly most of the ladies in my dorm (ladies only dorm) used them for valuables and left our clothes in our bags by the side of beds it was much easier access. Admittedly less secure and 1 or 2 items of clothing for some ladies went missing but I didn't have a problem. you can always keep ur bag locked too if it won't all fit in the locker.
