We were on our honeymoon and stayed at the Windmill - John and Pat looked after us so amazingly. They arranged a stunning spread for us on the beach and even hooked us up with some fishing tackle. As we didnt have a car, they drove us down to see the Staircase to the Moon. Their hospitality is all about...

John and Pat paid beautiful attention to detail and service without ever being overbearing. Their laidback charm was infectious and we found ourselves relaxing and slowing down to 'Broome Time' in their gorgeous surrounds. Our rooms were turned over each day, the breakfasts were divine and beautifully presented and they took the time to make sure we knew all the...

First of all thanks so much to Pat & John for being such wonderful hosts who were very friendly, helpful & informative. It's a fabulous B&B which was very reasonably priced compared to resorts in town. The rooms were nice & very good facilities. Each day we woke to a well presented tasty breakfast which was enjoyed out on the...

Our first B & B experience and we cannot thank John & Pat enough for making it so memorable. Nothing is too much trouble, right down to checking our car before we set off on our long journey. The breakfast served on the deck each morning was delicious and we will always remember the beautiful Kimberley sunset and night sky...

We stayed in three different B&Bs in Broome, with this ranked third. Pros include friendly hosts, willingness to provide evening meal at late hour, and food (breakfast presentation). Cons included distance from town, thin walls between rooms, mosquitoes in room, bathrooms and ordered meal failed to factor in need for "wheat free" despite written request. Pat obviously loves food preparation...

I am going to start by saying thank you to Pat and John for being more than accomodating during our stay in Broome. This is the most beautiful guest house I have ever stayed in and easily surpases the quality I have experienced in alot of 4 star hotels plus the added bonus of having secret gardens that I could...

The owners, Pat and John made me feel very much at home during my 4 day stay, and I really felt part of the family. The lodge is very comfortable, but very much a "retreat" - away from the din of radio, TV and internet - so really a place to chill out. Though I would advise hiring a car,...

What a wonderful place we discovered. Pat and John were great hosts and Pat uncovers the most delicious breakfast each morning. The bedrooms are a delight and the whole place is just great. We shared a wedding anniversay bush camp dinner, which John prepared and finished with a sweet sample from Pat. Their friendly conversations and info of the area...
