We didn't stay at the hotel but dined at the restaurant. Meals are pricey but nice. Great for families as lots of room for kids to play without being intrusive to other diners. Great ocean views means it is a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. Drinks are expensive but we took advantage of the $10 vodka cocktails...

So I'm laying in the hotel bed typing this as I come towards the end of my 2 night stay. I've been here before so knew what to expect. Even though there were no suprises for me, this hotel is clean and comfortable and is in one of the best settings world wide. The pool is gorgeous, the food is...

Very enjoyable five night stay, room was modern and clean, reception staff were welcoming and friendly, housekeeping were also friendly and happy to help and restaurant staff were excellent, although the Manager could have been a bit friendlier towards diners as he was bit businesslike however he probably has a lot going on and the other staff made up for...

We didn't stay at this Hotel but went along (with several hundred others) to watch the Staircase to the Moon. They know when this event is going to occur and they know how many people usually attend and yet they do nothing about the staff levels, the queues for drinks and food all of which eventually impact on the whole...

Good location, beautiful gardens overlooking mangroves, but could be a great hotel if the staff actually cared a bit more and moved rather quicker. Sometimes they serviced your room, sometimes they didn't. Desperately slow service at breakfast - less chatting and more doing required. And speed things up at the bar! Dirty glasses left around daybeds the whole day was...

We decided to extend our stay in Broome to see the staircase to the moon, so we chose to stay at Mangroves. It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and modern. I thought the drinks were expensive, but all drinks were expensive in Broome.

The main part of the hotel is lovely, with wonderful views and a great outdoor dining section which is lit up beautifully at night. The food was nice, and a reasonable price. There are two pool areas which need a little TLC, and there could be a few more sun beds for the busy times, but they were a welcome...
