We have stayed at Aloft 3 times and each time we get treated like family and not the ones you don't like either. We were upgraded to a gorgeous corner room we can see the river and the freeway lights at night. The staff are beautiful always smiling and happy, checking in is a real pleasure. For events at optimum stadium its about a 1500m walk and abit less to the casino . The hotel is modern funky and a great place to stay we recommend to all our friends its priced perfect for what we need . We haven't used all the facilities that are available like the restaurant and the bar but judging by the numbers we see in there must be good . Would we stay again already pre booked 😃

Very nice modern room with lots of light coming through the large windows. Unfortunately the windows were rather dirty which made it hard to really appreciate the view. My favourite thing is the bathroom/dressing room area with huge mirror on door. Bed was also comfy. Meals at the restaurant were delicious and service was fabulous. Parking was easy.

Booked a room through Qantas and when we arrived the staff had know idea about the extras included in our booking, instead of suggesting they would investigate they simply said we had to pay the extra.even after showing the booking details on the qantas app, the staff(including the manager) said it wasn’t on their system and could not honour the breakfast or parking. They were more prepared for us tge cancel the booking rather than accept the booking details that were on the qantas app. We reluctantly paid for the parking and breakfast but the buffet breakfast was cold and poorly restocked

Hello Rustylegend, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate and take all our feedback seriously. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience faced during your stay. However, the booking certainly did not have any of the information that you mentioned initially at check-in. We even tried looking for the information on our supplier website for the third-party company that you made the booking from, and we still could not locate your inclusions. We only had the right information after we phoned the third-party company to find this information. I can confirm that you were neither were you charged for breakfast nor for parking. The only charge we have here on our system is the pre-authorisation of $50.00 that gets released by your bank and takes about 7-10 business days. Please feel free to reach out should you have any further concerns or queries. Kind regards, Vineet Narayan Rooms Division Manager

On arrival we were welcomed warmly, check in was quick and parking was explained. ($15 at Wilsons parking) We were on the 10th floor at end end so hard views to two sides. The views were beautiful. The room was fairly big with a huge bed and a chaise lounge. The bathroom was well set out with a rainfall shower. We had a coffee at springs kitchen, coffee was good but the system took forever to put it through. The pool area was nice and so was the gym. There was a little activity area with foosball, table tennis, a pinball machine and some other games. The bed was very comfortable and there was a pillow menu available. Breakfast was very nice. The cheese/ cold meat, fruit and yogurts were in a fridge which was a nice touch. I appreciated the crispy bacon. Coffee machine wasn't great and hot water was cold for tea. You could buy barista coffee. We would definitely stay again.

My first time staying at this hotel, I selected it for the location and ease of getting to and from the airport. The room was beautiful and spacious (we had a King Bed Aloft room), and the bathroom was spacious with a lovely oversized shower and high-quality toiletries. There is a safe in the room, an iron and ironing board, and complimentary wifi, and our room did have a separate kitchenette area with a microwave and fridge. There is complimentary tea, coffee, and milk provided in the room. The breakfast Buffet had good choices with every dietary requirement catered for; there is also an a la carte menu available. The barista coffee was excellent, and we found all the staff working in the restaurant so friendly and welcoming. We had room service for dinner, and the meals were excellent and delivered quickly. We used the onsite parking and found it well marked and easy to access the hotel from the carpark. The reception staff over a couple of days were all excellent and a credit to the hotel - we loved it so much we'll be back!

items stolen from my room. Management never apologised or took responsibility. The message was either 1- I'm crazy and forgot that I brought the items or 2- I'm a liar. Items were a phone charger and a library book... Not the kind of things you might "allege" were taken if you were going to do that

Hi Denise, Thank you for your review. As mentioned in our previous email to you, we take allegations of this nature very seriously. We have a very thorough lost property procedure in place at the hotel, which includes all items as well as valuables that are found within the hotel. These items are collected, tagged and the rightful owner is identified and the item is returned. Our previous email advised you that we had undertaken a thorough investigation, which included a lock integration of your room and a search through our lost property. In addition, all our team members employed at the hotel have extensive background checks conducted prior to employment. The room you stayed in was only accessed by yourself and the housekeeping team member, who cleaned your room. This team member is a long term employee and as such we have no reason to believe she would have taken any items from your room. Once again, we thank you for your comments and please do not hesitate to contact us on dms.perth@alofthotels.com should you require any further assistance. Kind regards, Vineet Rooms Division Manager

Stayed at the Aloft Perth while in transit as a Bonvoy Plat. Was well taken care of, including the front desk’s ability to secure a larger taxi for our journey back to the airport. The Aloft has several food options in the vicinity, and while not downtown was convenient to the airport. Rooms were large, nicely furnished, and there was a nice chocolate round as a welcome gift. Strongly recommend.

We were very pleasantly surprised by Aloft Hotel Perth. We had an eighteenth floor twin bedded room which was spacious and had a great view of the Swan River. The room included a lounge along the window, a huge TV, and a large bathroom/dressing area that was both luxurious and functional. The room also included a fridge that was empty so you could add your own things or purchase them downstairs. We had breakfast included which was a more than adequate buffet breakfast, with everything cooked nicely and also kept healthily and safely (e.g., covered, in a fridge). Being a Marriott Bonvoy member I requested some additional items in the room (extra pillows, toothbrushes) and they were all there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a sushi restaurant next door which was where we had dinner (as we prefer Asian foods). It was packed solid with a half hour wait so be aware of that, get there early and put your name on this waiting list. The food there was OK, nothing stellar but quite edible.
