Tribe Perth Kings Park hotel is often celebrated for its cleanliness and the attentiveness of its housekeeping staff. Guests commend the service for being amiable and efficient, although a few have noted less-than-ideal responsiveness.
While the hotel's proximity to Kings Park and the benefit of free public transport are well-regarded, opinions on value diverge, with numerous guests feeling the rooms are overly small and not the best bang for their buck. The hotel's atmosphere and rooms feature modern decor but some visitors crave more vibrancy and personality.

Detailed Reviews
We had a concert in Kings Park, 20 minute easy walk, We chose street parking which is Free on the weekend. ($30 in one of the 8 available bays for Tribe).
The room whilst small was beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
We chose to have breakfast, and that was fabulous, ample choice and a really beautiful space to enjoy a long brekky on a Sunday Morning. Staff were all lovely.. Thanks Tribe for a great night.

Tribe Perth was the perfect place to stay in Perth. Located in an area easily accessible by public transport and directly opposite the Perth’s famous royal botanical gardens. Staff were very welcoming and always there to make your stay extra special. Staff are knowledgeable of the local surrounds and were insightful of the different places to visit in the city. Tribe Perth offers good value for money with lots of extra benefits such as free on demand movies and wifi.
If ever visiting this great city again would not hesitate to book Tribe Perth again

great value , very relaxed " Zen " feel about the modern look hotel, not stuffy. The rooms were not huge but very adequate. Reception and kitchen staff had a slight "edgy" look about them and the lay out of the dining area was a welcome change. We will be staying again this month.

We stayed for two nights with a luxury escape deal. The room was nicely appointed but very small. We enjoyed our free bottle of wine and grazing board. However why we have scored the overall experience so low is we did not have our room serviced after the first night. I came back to the room after being out all day and leaving a note on the door asking for servicing. I rang down to reception to be told that the room doesnt get serviced daily and that I should have been told when I checked in. I certainly wasnt told and I would never stay in a hotel that does not have the rooms serviced. This is one thing people look forward to staying in hotels because beds are made for you and bathroom cleaned and fresh towels. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go down and get more along with fresh coffee cups, coffee pods, milk and water. Really not good enough for a luxury escape. It also felt that the hotel was short staffed. Breakfast was very average. I ordered toast and that is just what was delivered to my table two pieces of toast. I asked the young lady if I could have butter and some sort of condiment. She looked at me as If I was crazy.

We booked Tribe purely on its location and access to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, as I was booked in for tests. Due to my disability and frailty, we were allocated an accessibility room on the 7th floor.
While the rooms overall are a bit small, they are generously equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a lovely large tv.
The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were lovely and firm. The view was impressive, and the choice of shade blind for daytime or blockout for nighttime was very useful.
The bathroom was very well thought out, with safety grab handles everywhere you might need one. The folding seat in the shower is very useful too.
The staff are very friendly and super helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us.
The rooms may be smallish, but the downstairs foyer area is designed like a massive lounge, with plenty of comfortable seating and nice background music. There are also areas with tables, lots of power points and USB charging points so that the business person on the road has somewhere to finish the day’s paperwork.
In summary, we came looking for a hotel handy to SCGH, but I thing we have found a base whenever we come to Perth. It’s a lovely, homely hotel.

Restaurant closes at 2045 so make sure you get there on time, I was 7 minutes late due to plane delays and they were not interested. TV did not work, room was very, very tiny, no ironing board but iron was provided. Room was also very hot due to one wall being all windows and no air conditioner on.

A modern minimalist hotel that is a stones throw away from Kings Park (which is worth visiting). There is no gym but the hotel has a deal with Next Generation gym which is a 10 minute walk away. Costs $20 when you show them your room key.
The only fault with this hotel is that the rooms are very small and can only just about fit a queens size bed in them.

Good location if a tad out of the way but not a massive bother. Only stayed for one night and the staff were lovely but the room was small, smelt like damp and the air con constantly sounded like it was leaking. Quite a bit of dust and bathroom shower needed a really deep clean/scrub which if I was staying for longer, would have been more of a problem. But, the bed was super comfortable, the lobby is really lovely and the staff made it bearable.

We stayed in a room on the 8th floor overlooking Kings Park which was a wonderful view to wake up to in the morning whilst staying in the city, especially through the full, wall-sized window.
The location was perfect for us as we were stying in Perth for the night to attend a concert in Kings Park.
The rooms are compact and may not suit people who might want more space or are spending more time in the room. As we only needed somewhere to sleep and a bathroom it was perfect for us.
Our room was very clean, comfortable and had quality fittings and decor.
We really liked the atmostphere and style of decor created within the building, it felt cosy and classy.
We were able to book a car park bay for our vehicle while we there which was great, although it is a bit tight to get in and out of. We didn't have a problem with our mid sized SUV but larger vehicles might find it trickier.
I don't normally sleep very well in hotel beds, they're never firm enough and the pillows are always too firm and high for me. I should really start bringing my own! Anyway, that is entirely my own preference and comfort. The bed in our room was fine, as were the pillows. Not as good as our own bed of course but not bad. Certainly one of the better hotel beds I've slept in.
We enjoyed our stay here and honestly can't fault it. The service was also very friendly and professsional. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
