we stayed for three nights, in what looked like a good place, the rooms had hairs on the floors, and on the bed. Breakfast was basic, white bread for toast, jam that was in stale in a small pack, the bed was comfy, but we could not open the window,

I'm from Melbourne. We love our Royal botanical garden. Pensione of Perth is across the road from a mini botanical garden- Hyde Park. It's a delight to walk amongst the 100 yr old trees, or sit by the lakes and soak up the sun. Our B&B is a delightful old home, probably built late 19th Century. It's tastefully decorated with...

This is a comfortable and convenient BnB retreat in the busy city of Perth. It offers easy parking and a magnificent park opposite. The hospitality is generous but not intrusive. Great breakfast and free wifi is appreciated.

Stayed several days at Pension of Perth. It's a renovated, period-style, 100 year old home. Parking is on the street in front of the B & B and was not a problem thanks to the owner's strategy of parking his ute in front for guests. Access from the airport is good via the Tonkin FWY/Guildford/Bulwer, avoiding the freeway into the...

We came back to this charming B & B. This time we've chosen the room Brittany. Clean and tidy! Another joyful experience: Sweet dreams after nice strolls through Perth, especially its wonderful Botanical Garden. The hosts are friendly, the breakfast is rich.

What a lovely place in the heart of West Perth! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for Northbridge and Leederville where most of the restaurants are. Lovely breakfast and room was great. Will stay there again.

I stayed at the Pension of Perth for 3 days in April. This was my last stop on my holiday and it felt as if I was at home. The room that we stayed in was the Brittany room at the front and it was beautifully decorated, had a really comfortable bed and beautiful view of the park just outside....

On arrival, from outside there was a run-down feel about the place. However location was good, with eateries convenient and there was easy access to the city. Central air conditioning was hardly 'climate controlled' as stated on the website and was switched on and off by the owners. Normally probably sufficient, but was inadeqate in the very hot weather at the...
