Our room was ready on arrival, check-in was fast and we had a great view over the Swan River. Loved staying in a brand new hotel. Yes, the rooms are small but new, fresh, colourful and stylish. Beds were very comfortable and shower was roomy with good hot water and basic toiletries. Coffee-making facilities, good wifi and easy access phone charging points. We tried the buffet breakfast which was adequate, although not extensive. Service was excellent and food tasty.
We were able to walk to the Mint and from there took a free red bus to the large shopping mall. After shopping we walked down to Elizabeth Quay on the waterfront. We were also on the pick-up route for the Rottnest Express river cruise and transfer to Fremantle for the ferry to Rottnest. The casino was a short taxi ride away. There are several cafes a short walk away, but not many evening restaurants nearby, so we ate whilst out on our adventures. Would happily stay at Ibis Styles again

This is a new property opened late 2019. Located one block from River and walking distance to many restaurants. It has a very decent gym. Room size is generous for an Ibis brand and bed very comfortable.

All staff are very friendly and responded very quickly to requests. If there’s any improvement is to ensure there are always clean small hand towels (not large towels as washing is a waste) at the gym.

Breakfast was also very tasty and I was very impressed that I can order eggs the way I liked it.

There are 3 lifts so no long waiting time, which is a plus when you get higher level room and hotel is full.

The rate at the time I stayed was great value, with river view, breakfast, well set up gym and friendly staff all included. Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time.

Was in Perth for a conference and staff were incredibly helpful - I was still working on my presentation the night before it was due and needed to print it off. I spoke to desk staff about printing options and the manager offered to print it off for me. Saved me a lot of time and hassle needing to get to the other end of the city to Officeworks and back first thing in the morning. They were also very understanding when my keycard kept de-magnetising and trapping me in the lifts.

I stayed on one of the higher floors so had a nice view of the CBD. Though it wasn't right in the CBD, there are a couple of bus stops right outside the hotel. The room was small but not uncomfortable so and the bed was nice and soft. Wifi was pretty good for browsing and steaming services, just don't try and game online with it. Don't recommend the restaurant - the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to write home about either. Might as well take a free bus a few minutes down the road to one of the great restaurants in the CBD (such as Sentinel Bar & Grill). The buffet breakfast was good and definitely worth it for me.

The hotel is quite basic but very clean and the beds are so comfortable.
The staff were pleasant but do not offer any information at checkin other than giving you a key. The room is basic but clean very small no toiletries so your need your own. Their is a hairdryer. No information in room of how to call reception which could be an issue in an emergency and no details of cost of items in mini bar so we did not use anything.
Location is good and although no parking on site we found a car park close by that charges only $10 per night. Well lite.

Booked a Groupon for this stay. We were going for a special meal in a nearby restaurant on Saturday evening. Allowed to check in slightly earlier than the 3pm stated, for which we were grateful for as we were pretty hot and flustered in the heat. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. It wasn’t the largest room I have ever stayed in, but space wasn’t an issue as it had everything we needed. One thing we must praise the hotel on, was the room lighting. We hate dark depressing rooms with inadequate lighting. This king double had the best lighting of any room. Well done whoever designed this. The room was decorated in a modern IKEA sort of way. No grim hotel artwork shown here. Good view of the river.

The only thing I felt was slightly lacking, was a hand towel. Yes we had a bath towel and face cloth, but I quite like a hand towel as well, but that’s just my personal preference as I don’t travel with a bath robe and use the bath towel to wrap round.

After a good night’s sleep we hit the breakfast buffet in the morning. Hubby had a very nice cooked breakfast. I had Bircher muesli which was lovely, but was disappointed that the waffles and pancakes were served refrigerated. They would have been better served in the same way as the cooked food. I had to ask for maple syrup as there only seemed to be jam, oh, and saucers for our coffee. Mugs would have been a nice addition to the crockery, but not a drama, as I’m only offering this as customer feedback to the hotel.

For a brief stay in beautiful Perth I would recommend this modern hotel We enjoyed our stay.

This is the third time we have stayed at Ibis Styles East Perth and it continues to impress us as much as when we first came here.
We were initially drawn by the price, a special discount offered through the Accor ALL loyalty program. But it was the staff who impressed us the most and made us decide this hotel would be our ‘go-to’ place when we needed to stay in Perth.
The rooms are compact, have everything one requires and are very clean and functional. The shower is fabulous - plenty of room and no problem with water splashing all over the bathroom. Like all Accor hotels, the beds are extremely comfortable.
The bar and restaurant are excellent. I would only ask for a little more ambience as they are very bright in the Ibis Styles way.
But, as I mentioned, the staff are wonderful. Very welcoming, very helpful, very efficient and very, very friendly.
We love it here and will return next time we’re in Perth.

We have stayed at the East Perth Ibis Styles hotel on two occasions before and after the wedding. From as soon as we walked thru the door on the first 5 night stay, we were impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the front desk staff. The rooms were comfortable and well finished with all you need but the king size bed was exceptional.

We ate dinner twice in the restaurant and although the menu is limited, there is plenty of choice, the servings are generous and the food is very tasty. Breakfast was also more than enough to get your day off to a great start.

Whilst it is a short way from the centre of the city, Perth’s excellent public transport system makes getting around so quick and easy. Would highly recommend this establishment.

We had the pleasure of staying four nights in April. This is a cheerful, colourful, modern hotel in a fantastic location with stunning views over the Swan River. Everything was so spotlessly clean and fresh. Parking, a couple of minutes walk away, cost $10 per night. As Victorians we were keen to see a game of AFL at the spectacular Optus Oval and were delighted to find that the bus which took us to the entrance and home again was just across the road and it was free. It was a little difficult at first to sort this out as the two young gentlemen, of international origins, at the desk had no idea about AFL or where the bus or even Optus Oval was. No doubt they will quickly learn as they encounter more AFL fans during the season. The rooms are on the smallish side but comfortable. Our only gripe was that there was only one small table and a single chair which was a little odd when we had a queen room for two. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, modern hotel with simple decor and furnishings. The rooms are compact but have all you need, including a small fridge, iron, coffee machine, safe, large smart TV, WiFi.

The hotel has a restaurant, which can be noisy and a gym.

Accor frequently have additional fees for early check in or late departure, depending on your "Accorplus" status. However, if the room is ready n your arrival I've found that they normally let you in for no additional fees. As to changing dates, if you have a flexible rate there is no problem, but with a non-cancellable rate you may have a problem. However, when that last happened to me at an Accor hotel I contacted the hotel directly and changed without any fee.
Hi Merry Jane, Happy to assist but will need to have your email to contact direct or feel free to direct your query to 08 7099 3400 Thanks heaps, Team SMILE
