Only 1 night, wish it was more. Had an amazing stay. A beautiful immaculate room. Best bed, bedding and pillows. Staff were amazing in particular Amy.she went out of her way to accommodate the room I wanted. Was a fabulous room with separate sitting room, dressing room and a beautiful bathroom with bath tub and 2 vanity basins. Breakfast was lovely, very busy and a bit hectic. Can’t wait for our next stay in December.

My partner and I stayed at the Parmelia Hilton on the weekend. I cannot recommend it enough. Room was immaculately clean throughout, the staff were all wonderful and the food and service at Samuels restaurant was as good as we have ever experienced. Cannot recommend it enough!! Trip from SA to Perth so no quarantine to from WA required. Stayed here 2017 for a few nights and at DoubleTree Northbridge 2019 Always in past as with this stay impeccable service and thought by the great friendly team. Nice upgrade to Queen Junior Suite with balcony, many Thx to Honors as a Diamond and GM John Lucas. Sadly balcony closed due to Perth City regulations. Brekky and evening canapés in the Executive Lounge were very good with friendly staff one day coffee machine was self cleaning so staff grabbed me a long black from Samuel's. Rooms are very quiet and lifts are efficient. Large bathroom with large bathtub and separate shower. Massive TV in both bedroom and sitting room with easy access to HDMI inputs so can connect to laptop to watch own movies shows and listen to your own music. Easy access is highly important because many hotels worldwide make it difficult to access the HDMI slots on similarly wall mounted flatscreens Short walk to mall, Elizabeth Quay and Central Railway station great for my daytrip to Fremantle. CAN'T WAIT TO STAY AGAIN!!

We have now enjoyed 4 different stays in this hotel since August. I first reviewed this hotel on my first stay and since then just can't have enough of this staycation secret hideout in Perth. We now have experienced different room types and whilst the room are different (some smaller, some larger, some more modern) every single night stay is simply extraordinary. Those that enjoy stays for the rooms might come out of this hotel pleasantly surprised as they will be treated with with experience. I just can't stress this part enough, the staff in this place must have real passion and love for their jobs. From the front desk staff to the restaurants staff, to the housekeeping and concierge, the mantra of the customer is king is so apparent in this place. This afternoon on check in, the hotel was busier than usual (not good because now more people know about our secret place 😉) our room wasn't ready, but the lovely gentleman in the front desk, ensured that the room was cleaned asap and before we knew it, we were up in the room. Now, what was pleasing to see was the teamwork in this place, the front of hotel was busy, so when I was giving the key for my car to be valet, the general manager was there handling the cars, now, this is tremendous stuff, which GM of which hotel is so upfront in dealing with customers? I bet you would not see the GMs of Hyatt, Ritz or Crown in Perth doing this. All I can say is, well done and kudos to him. Now I can see why the rest of this team is fabulous. They're leading by example! Now, let's talk hotel rooms. The rooms we have experienced so far are the King guestroom, the executive King and the larger King guestroom (10th floor). My advise is, if you want space, take the 10th floor rooms, however if you want modern and chic go for the normal lower floor King guestroom albeit it a lot smaller. The executive rooms do grant you access to the lounge which does free drinks and canapes. The beds are the same in all the rooms, soft, clean and comfortable. Hotel amenities is great for a CBD hotel with a pool and a gym. Breakfast buffet is the killer! This is where you will hands down get the best buffet breakfast in Perth. The pancake is great and the eggs are made to order (but their poach eggs get the nod from me). Finally, I need to give kudos where kudos needs to be given, I need to acknowledge all the staff members that have made our stay so enjoyable that even now as I am in the middle of my stay is looking forward for the next one. Alex, James and Amy from the front desk team who's been dealing with us since that first stay in August. To the Asian lady manager (supervisor - so sorry I didn't get her name) in Samuels who tended to my son when during one of our stays he had an accident with a glass and a special mention to also another staff that we don't know the name of (but we will get his name in one of our future stays) who works in Samuels but also on the hotel (an Indian older gentleman) who is the kindest and friendliest person we've met in our hotel stays. Hilton, you have absolutely won me with your team in Perth. You are now my number one choice for brand of hotels. I have truly now a brand ambassador to you. Onwards to my diamond status now! Well done team Hilton!
