Detailed Reviews
From arrival to leaving we saw them sanitizing all surfaces and using appropriate measures during COVID times. Room was fresh and bright and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was minimal but very fast and delicious.
Only issue was that the air con could not be adjusted in the room and it was quite stuffy around the 1.30am time.!

Usual good reception by Sheraton and presented my long time Bonvoy (was Starwood) member’s card. Felt as we often do they we were given one of the best room - we had a view over the pool next door and our room size was generous.
The hotel’s restaurant and bar wine and drinks prices were expensive compared to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane by way of comparison. Having said that the staff provided us with very good service in the restaurant and bar ensuring we received our discount as hotel guests.
There is bus stop in the street at the back of the hotel for the free bus as well as the bus that took us to CBD ferry terminal on THE Swan River for our trip via Fremantle to Rottnest Island.
Plenty of restaurant and drinking venues a 2 short block walk from the hotel. The Hertz rental vehicle is also in the street behind the hotel which handy.
Liked the hotel and its accommodation value for money so we are going to stay here again in March 2021

The Four Points Sheraton in Perth is located across from the Arena and 2 blocks from the central bus/transit station and on the free bus line for the city. It is fully wheelchair accessible with several rooms and ability to get into the bar/restaurant and breakfast area without any issues. The w/c rooms are sufficient to meet one's needs - not the largest I have stayed in. The bar/restaurant is excellent - has great beer on tap (so I am told) and gluten free food that can be made without any bother. Overall a very good stay.

I have been staying at Four Points for long time now.. Almost 40 nights in the last 3 months. House keeping has been a bit of disappointment multiple times as they failed to replenish water bottles, change towels , taking away room key etc. Had to call reception multiple times to sort it out.. Breakfast was really good in the start but recently I noticed, they reduced the number of items in the breakfast such as fresh juice etc. I think the room price is at a high end compared to crown plaza and Hilton nearby. Please also note that this hotel doesn't have a pool and the gym facility is very average

The room I got was very dusty since the first day of my arrival, and I can see dust accumulate on my stuff just after a day. The housekeeping service missed to remove the empty food package I left next to TV when they was cleaning my room.
The breakfast is average but what I find unsatisfied is that they failed to refill the buffet line regularly. Sometimes specific food wasn't refilled for the whole duration of my breakfast time.
While attentiveness of many staff can be described as 'good enough', a few of them simply doing their job with terrible attitude with grumpy face 24/7, especially F&B staffs.
The only good thing I can say is that it's very cheap property in term of the room rate. The location to the city center is certainly walkable. There's free yellow bus line stop right in front of the hotel.

Hi zrthmn, thank you for your review of your stay. It saddens me that we fell short on meeting your expectations on so many levels. This is not the way we like to portrait ourselves and will definitely be reviewed. Your patronage is important to us and we trust we can improve our way moving forward. Thank you, Christian

We stayed here to take the kids to the skyshow. The hotel staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to acommodate us. Upon checking in to our room we noticed it had not been cleaned so I rang reception and they immediately upgraded us to a family suite. We had dinner at Best Brew and the food was faultless. The buffet breakfast the next day also had a great variety and was one of the best we have had and we have stayed in a lot of hotels. I wold not hesitate in recommending this hotel as a great option for families.

+1
Four points by Sheraton Perth. 7-10 April 2022, room 729.
Reception was professional and quick. The staff are polite and efficient.
The room was large as booked and met expectations as requested. See photos for layout etc. Lighting is great, and the views from my room were as requested. Noise from next door room can be heard occasionally. I asked them to change the bedding after the first night as I was bitten and wokenup while sleeping in bed.
The bathroom was a good size for one or two, and nice. It has a separate good sized shower but no bath. Clean and modern and well appointed.Â
Wifi worked well and is complimentary with our room. The TV is of a good size with free to air channels and a few extra channels.
Location is the Northwest end of the CBD, but there are ample buses nearby. It's about ten minutes easy walking to the city centre, where there is a wide range of shops restaurants etc.
I didn’t see nor use the Concierge services. there is also a breakfast service but I didn't use it.
Airconditioning was good and worked well, which is nice in a hot Perth day. Sadly it took a few hours for the staff to fix it as it didn't work on arrival. The room was hot.
The room rate was below normal due to the Coronavirus which has stopped many tourists.
Overall a pleasant three to four star experience thanks to friendly staff, and a nice room. Sadly spoilt by possible bed bugs on first night. Thank you.

Four Points by Sheraton Perth are currently offering a number of staycation packages including a Holey Moley package that includes a round of 9 holes of mini golf at the Northbridge Holey Moley. We opted for this package because we were looking for a short getaway with activities for our kids during the school holidays. The package, which also includes breakfast is incredible value and I would highly recommend it.
In addition to a great deal, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay fun and comfortable, even throwing in some novelty golf hats for our mini golf (which the kids loved) and some drinks for the adults at Holey Moley.
We ate at the restaurant bar in the evening and the food was very nice, as was the included breakfast the next day. The rooms are comfortable and look as though they have been recently renovated.
All in all a fantastic stay and we are already considering a return trip to try out one of their other packages.

Terrible hotel - worst in years. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbours open a can of coke. The hallways erupt in noise about 7am as guests leave & staff begin to clean rooms - based on the radio traffic of staff (which you can hear every word). The rooms are small, dingy & outfitted in Bunnings cheap accessories. If you just want a small, stinky room for a concert - yeah, maybe. Positives: The lobby is lovely & is very close to RAC arena. Very far from decent dining and food. 2 out of 10.

We had planned four days in Perth staying with friends however unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances this was not possible. We didn’t have much time to find somewhere however were lucky enough to find this place. Reasonably priced and near to everything we wanted to see. Opposite the RAC arena and a short walk from all the nightlife including Yagan Square. Kings Park was about a 30 minute stroll.
Hotel was clean and our room was very quiet though did overlook a building site which we were unconcerned with as there was nothing going on there during our stay. We liked the fact that there was a happy hour in the hotel each night as Perth like the rest of Australia has some pricey drinks, in some cases more so than London. We had no complaints about this hotel and found all the staff to be efficient and friendly.
