Such a perfect spot in town with bars and restaurants at your doorstep, second time we’ve stayed here and even better this time with the ability to get secure parking at $30 dollars a night. The staff are so helpful and friendly nothing being too much trouble, despite being the Grand Final weekend and probably the busiest they have been for a long time we still managed to get into our room before midday, was given a free drink at the bar and a KitKat each in our room😁. Only issue was with the loud music and people shouting on Friday night that went on until the early hours of Saturday morning and disturbed our sleep.

We chose to stay at Ibis Perth following my husbands party in the city. The room itself was an adequate reflection of the price we paid, however the deal we chose was for breakfast included finishing at 1000. We made it to breakfast by 0950 to quickly pick up some toast and a juice only to find the breakfast already packed up. The hallway carpets on our level (2 or 3 I believe) and the levels with the vending machines are in desperate need of a shampoo.

Hi Jules, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to see that breakfast was not available at the time you expected it. I will follow this up with our team to find out why this was the case. The carpets you mentioned have since been cleaned (all 9 floors proffesionally cleaned), though thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regards Matt Juniper

Great location and the room was clean and comfy with a good shower. Lots of bars and eating places close by. Arrived about 12.30pm and was able to check in which was great considering i had come from Melbourne.

I had to attend a training session at the Ibis so decided to turn it in to a 'staycation'. I booked a standard double room for two nights. As always with Ibis, the room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the facilities perfectly adequate. I was on the ninth floor and found the views of the city to be very pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were friendly at check-in. No doubt as a result of COVID restrictions, they do not currently offer actual room service. You can order from the restaurant and pick it up from the ground floor. The conference facilities need a facelift, especially the bathrooms. The door to the bathrooms loudly banged shut every time someone went in or out and the latch on the toilet in the men's bathroom was broken. The room we were in was dingy, possibly because a couple of the lights were not working. The catering, however, was excellent as were the staff.

My last two trips I stayed at the ibis. The last stay was for three nights. The price for the room is very good value, the staff are nice and welcoming, the room are clean and comfortable, But the smell in the walkway was very bad... At the entrance of the hotel was like a homeless shelters dirty cigarettes butt and empty drinks containers. If you want to keep your country customers coming back you need to lift up your game...

Dear Frank, Thank you for your feedback. We have arranged for another full hotel corridor carpet clean (which we do every 3 months) which will freshen up this area. We have also addressed the other issue you raised and have seen a marked improvement in the condition/appearance of the hotel. Regards Matt Juniper
