Hotel's Favourite
It's a little noisy and disruptive but it's wonderful to see the hotel being renovated and brought back to life. The staff here are excellent and it's a great sign that so many have been retained through covid. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere so I hope they renovate it back to its full glory.

Hotel overall is clean, staff efficient. I love the diversity in the employee hiring. Food services could be improved, observed they keep serving same items on breakfast buffet and if u are a regular it becomes too repetitive. Their staff are the best in class!

Not worth the money only good thing was the room service nothing else the gym was very small and not much weights. Very dusty underneath the bed and behind the cabinets. The balcony door was not locked when we arrived. Restaurant tried to overcharge us for breakfast when we were told one price and then another by the restaurant.

1. You can literally hear the toilet flushing noise when someone using in their room above your room floor 2. Super expensive breakfast but the worst quality of food. They served you cold even at 8 am 3. Ongoing repair and maintenance made it worse in terms of noise

Booked stay at last minute room very clean room service response quiet quick mistake made with breakfast order but was quickly fixed up by the staff. Checking out of the took some time. Parking was also very limited on the evening we stayed.

The most beautiful place to stay, the staff are absolutely amazing so kind and friendly and very welcoming .. can’t wait to stay again. Even the parking was fantastic and simple.. The breakfast was an absolute delight.. room service food was outstanding and very prompt.

After an extended hospital stay for which, my wife had to drive from \Kalgoorlie to Perth and return twice. I decided to stay so we had a view of the Swan River. The room was great staff fantastic, and don't start me on the food.

We got a great rate including breakfast for a quick overnight trip. Valet parking and check in was as expected of a Hyatt. Room clean and spacious (they haven’t changed in 10 years), suited our needs. We were disappointed at breakfast - arrived at 7.30am, asked if we had a reservation, we did not as we were in house guests. The staff member looked flustered and waved us towards the lobby area, they also didn’t have a record breakfast was included with our rate. We enjoyed our breakfast - food and drink was excellent, but we felt unwelcome. Turns out all the tables were reserved for large Mother’s Day bookings and they had not left enough to accommodate in house guests. As we left there was a large queue of people in the same position as is. A simple offer at check in to reserve us a table at breakfast would have avoided this chaos. It was also my birthday and I was looking forward to a nice breakfast so that was disappointing. Pool area is still spectacular. …
