Very nice staff when checking-in. The room in on the pentouse level (9th floor) was huge and rather comfortable with a balcony (river view). The furniture is completely outdated and the maintenance of the room is questionable. The bathroom was in the same style. Breakfast was ok. The Location of the Hotel is very good!

My wife and I spent 9 nights at the Kings Perth Hotel in Hay Street. This hotel is well located in the heart of the CBD. It is close to the shopping malls, the Supreme Court Gardens, Elizabeth Quay and public transports. Our room was large and well furnished. The windows opened on Hay Street. This hotel is fairly old....

My husband and I stayed here on Tuesday night for the Adele Concert. The room is a good size, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is a good size. We did find the water pressure very poor so a quick shower takes a bit longer, the room was very dated but we were only there to sleep. The thing that...

Stayed for the Adele concert, The room rate was great included lovely buffet breakfast, staff very friendly, great location. Room is a bit dated but it was clean, quiet and had all the amenities. I couldn't fault it. Some may say needs update but then your losing the old style charm. I thought it was perfect, will definitely be back...

Decor and furniture are very dated, but was prepared for it after reading some reviews. It is see to believe that the car park in the beside building is only less than 6 ft or 2 m away from my window.. I can touch the concrete if the window can be opened. Room is spacious, bed is OK and has...

The hotel is in a ideal location. Its ok for 1 night only even for what you pay, pay a bit more and feel as if your having time away. One of the main reasons to stay here would be the cheap parking. The hotel has gone down hill a lot since our last stay here in 2016. As you...

Reading the negative reviews, we were a bit concerned, but nevertheless we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is indeed pretty old but its location is perfect in the center of Perth CBD and very close to several bus stops! They cleaned the room every day and put new towels; the shower was good with plenty of hot water and...

We stayed at King's Perth hotel for three nights recently. It was very close to the city centre and shops. Rooms slightly dated but comfortable enough and we was hardly in the room so made no difference to us. We thought we was the only ones in the hotel as didn't really see anyone else for the three days we...

We recently spent one night at the Kings Hotel Perth on the 26/01/17 to be close to the Fireworks for Australia Day, that didn't go ahead due to the tragic plane crash into the Swan River. Despite this we found the location of the hotel ideal, an easy 10 minute walk to the Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quay, 5 minutes...
