Hotel's Favourite
The hotel was extremely well situated for most local sites. Very close to the Swan River and a short distance to Elizabeth Quay. The staff we met could not do enough for you, especially since we had a small hiccup With our booking it was very quickly rectified. Our room was of a good size with all we required, beds and bedding of a good standard, we both slept very well. We definitely would stay here again and throughly recommend it.

Typical hotel room. Clean. Well located for the city area. Very close to buses Paid parking below, car spaces are quite tight. Pub downstairs is very convenient but food is average. Would stay here again.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but this place just doesn’t deserve a great rating. The location is good and the rooms a big. I did get an upgrade to a suite, but everything is very dated. On my window, they had masking tape which I suspect was to avoid wind whistling through. That’s not a really great look though. Check in was a disaster. Admittedly it was Friday evening and there was a lot of people arriving for the weekend, but clearly they weren’t planning their staff needs properly and it was ridiculous. Not only that, but their EFTPOS machine was not working so you had to fill-in a paper sheet. I get technology goes down, but honestly that was just bad. To be fair I was not feeling well when I arrived, so the whole thing just seemed a lot worse than it probably was and the staff were actually quite nice, despite the fact that they were clueless. I had sent a message to the hotel prior to arriving with a couple of specific requests, which they did the absolute opposite of which just made me laugh. They weren’t a big deal, but it’s the little things that count, especially when you’re a diamond member of their loyalty program. I think the place just needs a freshen up and the staff need to get plugged in. I wasn’t actually going to even write a review, but what pushed me over the edge was when I turned on the shower and watched a whole pile of hair swirling around in the bottom of the shower stall.…

Stayed here for two nights ,comfortable rooms with plenty of space . Buffet breakfast was good value as the kids were free and there was plenty of choice. Location was okay short walk to the river and to get a cat . Parking was a nightmare very tight spaces.

This is the hotel that I always go back to when I visit Perth. Hotel may be getting dated but it is clean and comfortable. Room was cold but there’s a heater fan kept in the wardrobe. Love the location that is walking distance to the river and the city centre. Car park is in the basement which is convenient since it was raining a lot during my stay. There are also off street parking and public parking within walking distance.

We had and end suite which was huge with a separate bedroom, lounge room and dining. It was a little tired but was central and at a good price. Morning breakfast was good also being buffet. Irish pub attached down stairs was also good and handy. Crapark if the tightest smallest car spaces I have ever seen. I would stay here again as it was handy and clean.

Checked in on friday 2:30pm got to my room i found room not clean poor house keeping ,mouldy towel in the bathroom!! Dissapointed, spa upstairs close, rude front office people left to stayed at the pan pacific hotel better!! I will never go back to novotel again disgusting rooms .

Spent two nights here and it was a very comfortable stay. All the staff we encountered were lovely. The bed was comfortable with good quality, crisp linen and the room was a nice size with a nice sitting area by the window. The bathroom was functional and clean. Unfortunately most rooms do not have a balcony and the window is rather small however there was a decent amount of natural light that came in. Buffet breakfast was standard selection of hold and cold options however there were several items that were not replenished well such as the cheese and pastries. The queue for the coffee machine was 6 people deep at one point and it wasn't a busy morning. The hotel is in a great location near the river with several great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. A lovely touch was a surprise bottle of prosecco and card for my birthday on returning from a day out. I hadn't mentioned my birthday at all and it was a nice surprise that would inspire me to return in future. …

I stayed here for four days, one with family (three other couples), and then three more days just with my wife. We had a fantastic experience all round. I'm part of the Accor program, and staff here really take good care of Accor members. The staff (Jessica and Stella) were very helpful and pleasant, both at check-in, and when we came to reception to ask about something. Because the hotel wasn't that busy, we were eligible for an upgrade, and got a suite on the 9th floor, which was extremely comfortable, and had great views of the river. The hotel's location is great, with both the river and the downtown core both within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and all amenities we needed were provided. The bed was very comfortable, and being able to make a coffee in our own room was also very convenient. We had the breakfast buffet in the Sen5es restaurant, which is a full buffet, including numerous hot items and drinks. We also had dinner at the Fennians Irish Pub, which is also part of the hotel, and the food there was also very good. Accor members get 50% off food, which makes this excellent value. They are doing some renovations, so the gym was currently closed, but staff did give us a free access code for a 24 hour gym just around the corner. We were very well looked after during our stay, and are very grateful to have been able to stay here.
