Pan Pacific is always our first choice of accommodation in Perth and has become like a second home to us. Rooms are generally well maintained. Staff are always amazing in all ways. We always use valet parking for the convenience but a very reasonable self park option is available as an alternative for those who are more on a budget.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The pool was a lovely temperature. I felt like I was on holidays. My partner and three children had a great stay. I wish it was a bit longer. Thank you to the staff, they are a real asset to your hotel.

When asked for a different beer told to go to bar downstairs and pay. Cost of lunch was $160 plus and we had 23 in our party. First time I’ve ever gone to Christmas lunch and not had a beer. Food was ok with buffet offering plenty of choices. Can’t understand why the drinks package was so poor.

I have to say I was initially hesitant when I found out I had been allocated the Pan Pacific, due to reading some other reviews. But honestly my stay at the Pan Pacific Perth has been amazing, can’t complain or fault anything. From day 1 checking in until now day 14, has all been positive. Our arriving group all got a generous, happy welcome from the security team and Mina the red zone Manager. Got allocated a fabulous room with wonderful river views. I would like to thank all the staff. The cafe staff that made me a double shot cappuccino, every day, so friendly and bubbly on the phone. the concierge that went out of their way every day, and purchased me the paper from the shop over the road and delivered every morning to outside my room, the staff phoning me every meal, to say it was outside, and the staff dropping it off, thank you for always been kind and positive, same to the house keeping staff nothing was a problem, collecting my washing, providing fresh linen and cleaning gear. Also thank you to the kind and patient service one that answered my many questions. A massive thank you to the Chefs, wow what a thankless job you have, you can’t please everyone, but honestly do not have a single complaint about the food, well done to all the catering staff. Special thanks to the security staff & nursing staff for the amazing job you do to ensure we are all kept safe, I don’t think you get enough credit for the job you do. You are the true heroes in these challenging times. To anyone coming to stay at the Pan Pacific for holidays or Government Hotel Quarantine, stay positive, relax, hire a bike, and enjoy. Thanks again to all.
