Hotel was nice. No toothbrushes. Unfortunately the stay was ruined by the hotel taking payment twice and staff not able to resolve the issue. Passed around to 5 different people and then a voicemail. Still no refund a week later! This has happened all 3 times we have stayed. Unfortunately won’t be staying again.

Hotel's Favourite
My husband and I along with our 2 young grandchildren enjoyed 4 wonderful nights at this fantastic hotel at the end of last month. There was literally no aspect of our stay that I could find the slightest fault with. From book in to checkout the service and amenities were absolutely first class. Our room was ready and contained welcome chocolates and fruit and the complimentary upgrade was so very much appreciated. This luxurious large suite contained more than ample room for our grandchildren to 'spread out and play' comfortably. The beds were extremely comfortable and the standard of room cleanliness was superb. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of choices and the service from the staff in the restaurant was attentive and very friendly. Mina and her staff in the Pacific Club Lounge are to be congratulated for their excellent service and professionalism. Each evening Mina welcomed our group warmly and ensured that our grandchildren were also made to feel special by providing them with additional treats. Her kindness towards the children made this a very special experience for them and meant that they too enjoyed their time in the Pacific Club Lounge. Mina and her staff were friendly, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The extensive range of canapes, drinks and complimentary 'bites' available in the lounge was astonishing and above anything I have witnessed in Club Lounges at other hotels. The valet parking staff were polite, very efficient and very cheery and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel; as it is a true gem of luxury, friendliness and great service.

Extremely disappointing stay. Drilling and jackhammer noise started at 0730 am. Room was not serviced entire stay even with the “please service room” sign left on handle multiple times. I spoke with Sam the duty manager and other than some ear plugs nothing could be sorted. Definitely do not stay here if you require sleep during the day.

Great hotel with very good service. Opted for the room that came club lounge access. Dinner was provided there too, so easy especially travelling with young kid as no need to worry about dinner. Definitely will stay again if visiting in future!

I stayed there for 2 nights. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Room was very clean and we could see a sliver of the swan river from our room. Hotel was a nice 20 minutes walk along the Swan River to Elizabeth Quay. There was no slippers in the room, I called and it was delivered. We had dinner at Uma restaurant and it was lovely. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed that on both days I was woken up by in the morning by people talking in the next room and the sound of their tv. I’m surprised that the sound proofing was poor for a 5 star hotel.

Paid over $350 night for a deluxe king room as I was there for.3 nights - but absolutely nothing deluxe about it. Amenities that are standard in most hotels were missing. Room was dated and bathroom not very clean but it was the little things that could have made the stay pleasant that were missing. No bath robes or slippers which I love when travelling for business as I don’t pack much luggage. No mini bar in the room - you can order via the TV a few basic things but that is tedious. Toiletries very basic. They did have streaming which was good. The rooms are also very dark which makes it hard to work.

Place is run down and awful. Being renovated apparently albeit slowly. Staff are aware of the issues but take little or no ownership; possibly at direction of senior management. I moved from PP to the Novotel on a two day visit it was so appalling even though a complete pain to do so.

Good central position to everything. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, breakfast very expensive, but they do have a special for egg and bacon muffin and coffee in lobby area. Bar area food also quite expensive.
