Booked from the UK for 2 nights as landed at Perth Airport 22.30. Arrived at hotel 23.30 to find 24 hr receptionist who was extremely helpful and I was in my room within minutes. It consisted of large comfortable queen size bed, very clean bathroom, tv and free wifi. There was a very good breakfast for a few dollars. All...

I stay here perhaps 3 out of 4 weeks and have been coming here for over 2 years now. The hotel bar has been recently updated. Now thats not to say all the rooms have. Try and request floor 2 and 3 if you can. The service by the staff is great. They try their best. The food is excellent....

We have stayed here several times over the past 3 or 4 years. Excellent staff. Spotless rooms and very comfortable. Very good breakfasts and a good choice for evening meals. My Husband is a vegetarian and has always found the Staff so helpful with meal alternatives. Have seen complaints about lack of views but we don't spend our time looking...

Really old hotel. Bad old furniture and bathrooms. Bed are very unconfortable with bad materass. Bad smell in the room and outside. Obsolete rooms with hard need of renewal. If possibbile try to avoid it. Plenty of solutions for same money.

I was a little concerned by some negative reviews but thought the rate was so good for the location so my sister and I booked for our pre and post cruise stay. However, the hotel is really quite excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds large and comfy. All staff very helpful. Especially would like to mention...

We stayed for five nights in this hotel and utilised their restaurant. We found the hotel to be clean and comfy and staff very helpful. The restaurant was top notch with great a la cart and terrific buffet breakfast.

Reasonable for the price. Rooms ok. No room service which is a let down. Had to order uber eat. Rooms were clean but nothing special for the price, they allowed us to check in early at 10am which was very good of them, staff helpful. Car park not safe unfortunately our car had mirrors stolen overnight.

Yes the hotel is dated, however this isn't what the 2 stars is for. I lost my purse whilst staying here. I knew that it had been left in the room or somewhere between the room and the car park because I didn't take it out of the room. I emailed the hotel upon arriving home to see if they...

This hotel may seem a little dated inside but the service, quality of food and location makes it an ideal place to stay in Perth. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The furniture inside could do with being updated but as a value for money place to stay, it is excellent

First time at this hotel. Travelled on business for two decades and NEVER stayed at a hotel where you pick up your room service order in a paper bag. Apparently the reason for not delivering room service is due to H&S issues. Really? I'm a H&S professional and have never heard this piece of fiction used. Rooms are spartan and...
